Tripadvisor has the Scandia Inn listed as a B & B. It isn't. It is actually a small family run motel. The property is an older one but it is clean, quiet and has reasonable rates. It doesn't have the amenities of larger places (pool, continental breakfast etc.) but the lower prices reflect this. If you are looking for a... More

Friends recommended the Scandia so gave it a try. The location is beautiful, a nicely wooded area. Our room was large with very comfortable beds. Everything was spotless! We could not hear our neighbors and the room was nice and dark. Nice bathroom, but there are no blow dryers. Be sure to bring your own! We will return! Great place,... More

Easily the best budget motel we've ever been in. This motel is quiet, clean, roomy, with nice thick carpet and cute theme decorating, including a fuzzy stuffed moose and bear on our bed. Simply excellent and a surprisingly budget price tag. We will be back for sure.

It's not luxury, so if you want luxury, don't stay here. but for the money, it was a quaint little inn and a great value with comfortable room. Love the rustic feel and love the fact that it is set back off the road. All of the basic amenities you need are provided to you. It is within walking distance... More

For us our stay at the Scandia will set the bar for any other "budget" accommodation we will use? The room was perfect for our needs. We had lots of room and slept very well. Clean, clean, clean!! We had initial problems with the Wi-Fi but when we returned from our walk into town it was all good. They made... More

My wife and I wanted to go to McCall for an overnight stay. Our room was very attractive, and quiet, with a King bed. The price was considerably more affordable than many other places in McCall. We were easily within walking distance of the Mill Restaurant, and in fact, were within walking distance of the better part of McCall. We... More
