Everything was nice at the Red Lion. The rooms are neat and clean. The view is wonderful. The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant is very good. No complaints. The only thing I can think of is the bed was a little soft, but that's personal preference not something that is really wrong. more

We pricelined this hotel and were a bit nervous based on some of the bad reviews. We were very happy with the hotel. The room was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the view of the river was spectacular. The room was heavily discounted probably due to the owners trying to improve their image. We were going to stay one... more

The rooms here are very good size. We were on the end and I think there're a little bigger here, but other we looked in seem large as well. The rooms were fairly clean a well kept. The day we did have housekeeping, I ask to have the sheets changed and they replaced them with clean sheets but didn't make... more

We stayed at the Red Lion on November 15, 2008--what a pleasant surprise-when we arrived we were greeted by the very friendly staff-from the person opening the doors to the servers. We stayed two nights and decided to eat in the restaurant--what a dining experience-the food was awesome and the service matched the food. we enjoyed the microbeers brewed on... more

I stayed one night on a business trip. The rooms are good size, but the hotel in general is in only fair condition. The carpet in the hall was very worn and dirty. There was an old room door laying in the hallway proped up against the wall. Much of the trim work needed repair, etc. The tv remote in... more

Clean hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff. First hotel I've stayed at with the flat panel TV that actually had a crisp clear picture. Fridge is great. Check in was a snap, the bathroom is roomy and clean. The shuttle to the airport in the morning dropped me of about 10 steps from the ticket counter. This is the only place... more

We stayed at the Red Lion and the room was very nice and clean. The employees were very nice and accomodating. I read a review before our trip that was negatively speaking of the soft beds and I, a soft bed lover couldn't understand that, how can a bed be too soft; well, the bed really is too soft. My... more

Wow! If you have stayed at this hotel before, it has had a makeover! The rooms are awesome with modern furniture, comfortable beds, FLAT SCREEN televisions that have music channels as well. Microwave and refrigerator is great to have. The place looks totally different inside and out from my last stay in summer of 2007. The staff is so friendly.... more

The hotel put me in a ground floor room, when I said I was uncomfortable staying on the ground floor, they moved me to the second floor. This room was horrible. It did not have a window to the outside, only a tiny window that opened over the indoor corridor to the restaurant and lounge. It did have a balcony... more

We arrived to 6:00pm find that the hotel did not honor our confirmed reservation, and had switched us to a lessor room which did not have room for two people to work with laptops. They did not however, lower the room rate! Once we realized we had no other options (most hotels were full) we took the small room, just... more
