We reserved a 2 bd/2ba "villa" for a family reunion with Tumbling Waters Inn. It by no means was a villa. You entered the only door up stairs(in the alley) into a bedroom, then into a bathroom with a curtain, walked passed a stairway down to nowhere, where there was a set of bunk beds, then into a kitchen, into... Stayed here for one night (thank heaven only one) possibly the worst room I have ever stayed in any where in the world. Dated, dingy, run down, broken down mattresses, dirty bed spread, unkempt. My wife would not even use the shower. These guys have nerve charging what they do and even calling this anything but a bad experience. Will... More

The old walkways to the upper rooms are ready to fall through. The bedspreads and towels are threadbare and gross. It is close to the great hot springs but would never stay there again. The AC barely functions. The bathroom is tiny. TV is tiny and no Internet or cable. Yikes!

Our double queen bed room was $90. You do share the same parking lot for the complex across the street. 1st floor has tables and chairs next to the... More

They are just a block away from some personal springs that we like to go sit at. I would recommend someone to stay here. I... More
