We booked a condominium with Resortquest for an evening in Sun Valley (Ketcham) Idaho based on their reassuring claims of quality properties. What we got was something quite different. Of course their website shows beautiful rooms in pristine mountains. And, of course, Sun Valley is every bit as gorgeous as its reputation. Great restaurants, shopping, golf, skiing and all the rest were truly fabulous. Resortquest was not. We were stuffed into a tiny room, smaller than most motel rooms we've stayed in. And on this particular July day it was in the mid nineties. Hot by all accounts for the mountains. When we walked into our room for the first time, it was all of ninety degrees inside. There was no air conditioning nor a window that opened. We complained to the desk clerk who told us the town was booked solid so he could not move us.
