I stayed here for two nights while buying and customizing my big white truck from Dave Smith Motors. Pros- clean rooms, friendly staff, free breakfast and all the coffee you can drink. Cons- no complaints. Just a simple place, no frills or anything special. I was going to give it a lower rating, but all the staff were very nice... More

Our stay was enjoyable. Good accommodations for the price, across the street from the gondola. Having a 24 hour pool and hot tub was a good break from the snow. Complementary breakfast was helpful, and the staff was really friendly. Rooms are just that, not a fancy suite but kept up very well.

This is a decent hotel in a great location. The view from our room, #133, was beautiful looking up Silver Mountain with the gondola right outside the window - very nice. The rooms are really nothing special but they are clean and decent with good beds, fridge and microwave and wifi. A special treat for me in the room was... More

We stayed here after driving from Montana and were greeted by a desk clerk who reeked of cigarette smoke. The first thing I noticed was the filthy carpet in the lobby and hallway. I thought our room smelled faintly of smoke, but the door said non-smoking room. The carpet in the room was also filthy, and we wore our flip... More

We stayed here a few times before, but it has been 2-3 years ago. Since then, there has been significant wear and tear without upgrades. We paid over $100/night after taxes for a room that was small and dark with worn carpet. The internet only worked about 40% of the time and given the price we paid for the room,... More

Thanks for letting me know about your concerns of the hotel. Some of the issues have already been addressed. We also called a professional internet company to assess our connectivity issues. It seems like we have 100 people on the internet at one time at 9pm. More

While I wouldn't go so far as to say this is an upscale hotel, I will say that I would stay here again. It was nice after hours on the road with my kids to stay in a hotel that was not only clean but felt clean. Sheets were fresh and clean, bathroom was clean, including the corners by the... More

The furniture has been updated, the beds are comfortable, and the room was clean. That's all I can say that was good about it. First off, book a room by calling them directly. If you use their "official site," you will get a higher rate and they won't even have your reservation. The carpets were filthy, the hallways reeked of... More

I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We do not get these kind of reviews very often. I agree with you, do not let anyone use your room key to get into the building or pool area. The front desk is only 20 ft away and we would be more than happy to assist... More

On trip back east we needed a place to stay overnight and this was great. Super friendly staff, clean, and good breakfast the next morning. Nice walking/biking trail close by and if you have time you can ride the Gondola up Silver Mountain. Quiet, so great if you want a place to rest.

Location was very good and we enjoyed being able to walk around to visit some of the history of the town. Unfortunately we arrived too late to take advantage of the gondola that is so close but hope to come back and stay here again.

I had 7 people in my party (2 adults and 5 children) and I wanted one room / suite. This hotel, the GuestHouse Inn and Suites in Kellogg, had one room for around $150 that enabled everyone to stay together. If I had had to book 2 rooms, it would have cost at least $100 per room, so this was... More
