Resort would be misleading. As an RV park this is rather dated. The sites are adequate with electricity, water and sewer. The parking pads I think used to be blacktop but have deteriorated to pretty much gravel. Interior roads are deteriorated as well. There are lots of big, tall cottonwoods that keep the hot sun off of your site. The... More

My stepson had high school graduation in kooskia and we were NOT staying in the hotel there. We were pleasantly surprised to find the resort. Great customer service, decent room, fair price and the restaurant had great food! Older furnishings but clean. Would definetly recommend if you're not the snooty type!!

we showed up about 9:30 coming from the coast. Our information was in an enveloped outside the door of the office along with others, so i was skeptical that our other can see our information. Room was unlocked with the key inside. We ordered a rollaway bed for our youngest 3year old son, didnt have one in there so he... More

My father and I stayed in the motel for a few nights on a recent hunting trip. For the same price you can get a room at the Clearwater 12 in Kamiah and have a nicer room and a good t.v.. The bed I had for the night actually had lipstick stains on the sheets and long hair. Pretty rough... More

We stumbled on to this place by accident during our recent fly fishing trip to Idaho. It is a little funky and set up to look like a log fort from the frontier times. Don't worry, you will not be asked to stand watch at in the block house looking for hostiles. Rooms were clean and big. There is a... More

I stayed in the Lewis and Clark Resort a few years ago and then again this summer. Wow! What a difference. The place is under new ownership and they are really freshening up the place. From the quality of the sand in the horseshoe pit to the variety of food in the cafe, it was unexpectedly nice. This little gem... More

This is a wonderful summer getaway. It is uniquely situated in the heart of the hunting & fishing capital of the northwest. This resort has all you would want for a serene rustic retreat. I spent 1 week in one of the cabins. This was a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of city life. The family loved the... More

My wife and I were traveling through Kamiah, Id and started to get sleepy early. We saw Lewis and Clark Resort and decided to stop and see if they had a room. We were greeted with a wonderful smile from the lady behind the desk. I think her name was Ilana. We did in deed stay there that night. It... More

New Owners. Clean rooms...lousy beds. Satellite TV...1 channel. WiFi......doesnt work 99% of the time. When I asked about it...I got the deer in the head lights look. Other than that...I will return to the Motel 12 up the road. Not as much character but for the same price...eerything works. Including the free breakfast.

"We do business with a lot of people. If you don't like it, you're welcome to leave!" That's what the owner, Todd, told me when I commented on his lack of professional conduct concerning the reservation mess we experienced at the Lewis-Clark Resort in Kamiah, ID this past July, 2012. On the positive, the pool looked clean, the buffet food... More
