What I will always remember about this place is that there were cookies and coffee and juice drinks waiting in the lounge area across from the desk, and there was a computer that guests can use. There was no fridge in our room, which we come to depend upon for our drinks the next day. We carry a small drink... more

The Comfort Inn in Idaho Falls needs an extreme makeover and new professional staff. I saw a front desk staff woman sitting with her butt on the counter. Very unprofessional. Plus they keep the door to the laundry room open at both ends. It is a very ugly, dirty laundry room that shouldn't be exposed to the public. Plus, it... more

It was great stay started with smiling welcome from front desk followed up with nice coffee while my husband checking in. Staff was very friendly and after that we relaxed in swimming pool which was great like our home pool. Room was very clean and beds were relaxing. It had a good breakfast. Overall great stay. more

Our stay at this facility was OK, although for a time there was a small dog yipping in the room across the hall, and trying to dig under the door. Since it was early in the evening this didn't bother us too much. Out problem started when we received our credit card bill after we got home, and found that... more

Located just off an I-15 Exit so its a bit noisy but not too bad. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large and clean with a coffee maker. Linens were of average quality as were the towels--about what I'd expect for the price I paid. Wireless internet & free parking. Breakfast area was large with lots of tables and... more

We checked in went to our "SUITE" and the beds werent made, so we called the front desk, she apologized and gave us the room next door. We went in, the beds there werent made but we were tired from driving and would have just slept anyway, BUT!! we went to pull out the sleeperbed in the couch and there... more

We stayed at the Comfort Inn for one night as we were en route to Jackson WY from the SF bay area. We dropped in around 10 PM (long day of driving since 5 AM) and fortunately they had a vacant non-smoking pet-friendly room. The room itself was well appointed and clean. We were facing the interstate but had the... more

large room, interior looks new, nice bed and bedding. great breakfast: scrambled eggs, waffle etc we have pets, thus only rooms facing interstate are available to us. but we were tired from the travel and got used to the occasional traffic noise quickly. be sure to ask for rooms on the other side if you don't have pets. more

I have no complaints about this hotel. When I got there the woman at the front desk was courteous and prompt. The room was clean. The florescent light in the bathroom did not work (the heat lamp worked) so I notified the front desk the next morning and it was fixed when I got back. Close to tons of restaurants... more

This was our last stop on an 8-night trip through the northwest, all but one at a Comfort Inn or Suites. Our room was on the interstate side of the motel, and the road noise was enough to disrupt our sleep. It was also the only one without a refrigerator and microwave, a problem since we intended to reheat leftovers... more
