The hotel itself and rooms are nice. The location next to the river and falls is awesome. Also take in the Brownstone brewery just down the street. Had the best pizza (BBQ chicken) in a long time. The only downside is the parking is terrible. The lot is very narrow and I had to park about 400 feet from my... more

Hotel was well maintained, room was nice, free good breakfast in a pleasant environment. Very good location if you travel I-15. Staff was friendly, the price was right, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable with a new bedding. For the price, you couldn't beat it. Would definitely use again. more

This hotel is located amidst quite a few hotels along the Snake River in Idaho Falls. We chose it because of the Best Westen affiliation and were very pleased. The room was very large, very nicely decorated and very clean. Everyone was friendly and we were only a short block walk to the paved river walk. There were several other... more

No hot water on the first morning...not even warm water to shower in. It was supposed to have a fold out bed, however no bedding and the mattress was folding up into the middle. Hotel was quiet and a short walk to the falls. more

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. When we checked in, I would say the room was moderately clean. No big stains anywhere, but didn't feel spic & span either. The housekeeping went down from there. When my family got back the next day, housekeeping had made the bed and refilled soaps, but did not empty the trash... more

This is a good hotel to stay in. Good value for the money. What I liked most was the room was very quiet. The heated pool and jacuzzi were indoors and open all year. Staff was friendly. Would highly recommend. more

My boyfriend and I stopped here one night on our way to Las Vegas (from Alberta). We chose this hotel because it was the first one we came across driving through town. For the price, it was exactly what we needed. The room was a good size, and everything was quite clean. The bathroom was fine. The "continental breakfast" at... more

Stayed here two nights for business travel. Positive: room clean and comforable, though average size. Hotel is located very near the greenbelt, so a person can conveniently walk along the Snake River. Wireless internet worked very well. Neutral: breakfast bar is adequate. There is a Denny's across the street and many other eating establishments within a few blocks. Negative: noise... more

Everything looks to be newly redone. Very friendly staff, cookies in lobby during the evening hours. Staff helpful in locating a restaurant--found a brand new Olive Garden just a few blocks away. more
