Nice clean big rooms overlooking the falls, Can't beat the price. Near the airport. Price is affordable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast is not very good though. Hot Pockets, Pop Tarts. No place to really sit down and eat, you could take it back up to your room. The hotel has 3 tables in the lobby. They charge for a... More

This was a great affordable find in Idaho Falls. We stayed here on our way to Yellowstone, and drove a little extra on our way back to stay again. The price was reasonable, for a spacious room overlooking the falls. The staff are friendly, and the morning breakfast is superb.

I stayed here for a week in September 2014 and loved it. We had a king suite on the 7th floor facing the falls with a balcony, and it was awesome. It had a great view of the river and falls, and you can hear the roaring waterfall from your room (which I loved). The room was large and clean,... More

We stayed here twice, on our way to Idaho/Oregon and then on our return trip to Montana. We spent the extra money to have a tower room overlooking the falls. Very large room which we really appreciated. Breakfast has a number of different items and the staff person was extremely friendly, asking if we had everything we needed. Great place... More

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay!!! I cannot even begin to say how great customer service was!! Michelle and Zach were the best!!! They made sure we were comfortable and were all about making sure my elderly mother was ok. They asked if we needed anything and were always smiling!! Best staff ever!!! Sharon from Iowa :)

My husband and I had just visited Yellowstone and had stayed several days at West Yellowstone, Mt, and at Jackson Hole, WY, where we found accommodations quite pricey in both places. We decided to explore Idaho and the opposite side of the Tetons, and happened upon Hotel on the Falls. We booked one night and decided the room was a... More

We booked this room when we realized we could not make the drive to Missoula from Boise within one day without being really exhausted. I was looking for a bargain in Idaho Falls. Our room on the fourth floor was beautiful. I actually called the front desk to make sure the clerk had not made a mistake. For $71/night, this... More

We have stayed here a couple of times this year. We get past the age and it needs updating. However, when you pay a lot for a "falls view" you expect that. And we did previously from the 7th floor. This time, only the 3rd floor was available supposedly for carpet cleaning all floors above us. the Front desk person... More

Dear Sims W ~ Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience this past weekend at our Hotel. I can confirm for you that there was carpet cleaning going on on the 13th and 14th. Some guests that had already checked in before Friday had there accommodations on the up floors of the Hotel. We... More

The hotel is on the older side but that actually gives it caricature. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Even though our reservation has issues they made up for it when we arrived. I would stay there again especially for the view.
