The rooms are what you paid for.. a place to rest, shower and sleep. The price is right. If you want a dream room stay at the Shilo... But if your looking for a good room for the right price this is it.

I stayed at the Pinecrest Inn for 2 nights when I took my Daughter to BYU-I. Planning is everything when going to Rexburg, which has limited motel space. I booked my room over 2 months prior to my stay. When I arrived they were Sold Out. I knew what I was renting when I made the reservation and had no... More

We were there for the Memorial day weekend on our trip to Yellowstone National Park. Quiet comfortable decent stay with reasonable pricing, they are still the low price motel in Idaho falls. Clean rooms and Friendly staff, conveniently located of the yellowstone hwy, well worth the price, kids enjoyed it the lawns playing.

Booked this hotel online, but had only looked at the pictures. How deceiving! Arrived mid afternoon. No other cars in the parking lot. Checked in, and was directed where to park, and what door to use. Lot full of snow, and side entrance propped open with a rock. Entered hallway and noticed dingy dirty walls and carpets. Unclean smell! Turned... More

Rooms were disgusting, grounds were terrible, there was trash everywhere in the parking lot, there were people in other rooms up partying and being extremely loud all night, the television was a 1970 throwback that did not work well at all, the bathroom walls had not been wiped down in around a year, the shower head was so low you... The staff was very helpful and friendly making the stay a success. We stayed two non-consecutive nights on the lower floor which opened onto a large grassy area. The room was quiet great TV. The location is right off Yellowstone which cuts a diagonal through that section of town. I asked for a map of Idaho Falls and soon was... More

This place made "average" by virtue of a very low price which gave it an average dollar value. It's apparently being milked and it's about dry. So much potential wasted! It's not a terrible location--right across from a golf course and fairly convenient to downtown. There is an attractive courtyard in enclosed in the large, rectangular facility. I'm told that...
