Guesthouse Suites rooms were clean and right by the walking path to the river. It is a great hotel for a quick stopover, and yet it is easy to enjoy the beauty of the river. We enjoyed the free breakfast in their restaurant where the breakfast is made to order. more

We stayed at the Guesthouse Inn on the banks of the Snake River in Idaho. Location was very nice, as you could walk along the banks of the river and see the falls. However, the room was a different matter. There were ants in the bathroom as well as mold. The carpets were worn and the hotel was in need... more

When I walked into the hotel I was greeted by a very musty odor . The odor permeated throughout the public areas that I entered. Luckily, my room was odor free. However, the odor and the overall upkeep of the public areas made me a little nervous about the cleanliness of my room. The hall carpets were faded and, worn,... more

I stopped in for a billboard rate of $59. I ended up paying 65.00 because there were two of us. Fine hotel. Location is perfect to walk along the river. The free sit-down breakfast with a waitress was different from other hotels. Our king room looked new. I really liked the refridgerator and microwave. Internet signal could be stronger. more

Traveled for many years, this was the worst experience ever. Horrible staff, rooms smelled so bad, my wife made us check out a day early. There were no rooms in town, she said she would rather sleep in the car with my 2 children. They should offer 'Smoking or Chain Smoking' The room across the hall was partying all night... more

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The bedspreads had oil stains, the carpet was extremely dirty and old. The carpet also had white stains that obviously were overlooked by housekeeping. There was no shampoo provided for the $75 a night! The walls are thin and you can hear everything. No elevator which means you have to... more

When we entered the room, we were immediately hit by the smell of wet dog. Later, it turned out the smell was coming from one of the bedspreads. The windows didn't open and the AC didn't work, so we got to stew all night in a fetid, airless room. Bathroom was mildewy and a little slimy. Wireless internet was free,... more

The rooms were very dingy, A/C did not work well and the room smelled!!!!! We were traveling with our pets and realize that often you have to sacrifice in order to take them along. This was bad however. Hallways were dirty and the stairs appeared to have not been swept in a very long time. I would definately try a... more

Bait and Switch marketing techniques promising low "Billboard Special" rates and "Full Free Breakfast." Billboard rates effectively do not exist (hotel staff says they are gone by 4:00 PM) and breakfast would shame the dollar menu of a fast food restaurant if you are foolish enough to wait nearly an hour for it. Rooms poorly maintained, loose faucets on sinks,... more
