Okay, the hotel isn't the newest of fanciest, but it was very clean, affordable, comfortable, and very friendly staff. The hotel is right on the river with a beautiful greenbelt. As far as the continental breakfast goes, this was quiet nice. The fresh blueberry waffles were terrific. I found the room rates to be ideal and booked online through a... More

We were passing through. So we stayed overnight it was clean but run down. Breakfast was bad. Counter tops look like sh. Old needs work for upkeep. No cook in kitchen. No body around to ask for anything. Will never stay there again.

We went here for an overnight stay for a very long trip to Las Vegas. The room is very clean and spacious. For $70/night (tax included) accomodation for three (with my wife and daughter), I'd say it's a great value for the money. I'd actually come back here as we will be travelling back to Alberta.

This was one of our best stays in I.F. and we will definetly stay there again when the oppourtunity provides. The hotels location was one of the deciding factors in our staying there. It is close to the Falls and some of the best restaruants in Idaho Falls.

Our pet-friendly room was quite dirty. The drains in the sink and tub were plugged and almost unusable, even after removing a sizable hairball that floated up in the shower. The outside "security" doors did not lock, or even close properly. There was something on the walls and the back of the bathroom doors that had run down and dried... More

So very sorry to hear of your unpleasant stay with us. Our head housekeeper usually does a fantastic job of inspecting the rooms to assure they are clean to the highest standard. Every once in a great while one does slip through the cracks which seems to have happened in this case. Our staff mans the desk at all times... More

the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had some crazy circumstances happen and they worked with me through it all. I recommend staying here especially for cdl holders. Good rates and plenty of rooms.

I found this in a coupon book for $55, but it was also offered for that rate on their readerboard. Well-kept older place. Excellent room size and bed comfort. Hot breakfast. Close to walking trail along the Snake River--access right behind the hotel. Indoor hot tub. Guest Laundry. Microwave and fridge in room. Excellent staff.

I have stayed here while travelling through a few times. Each time it seems like improvements have been made. The last time through, I was very impressed by the new restraunt. Very good food and atmosphere. A huge asset to the property. No need to dine off site anymore. New breakfast area was also nice. Rooms are what you would... More

Traveling in November to visit family in another state. Worst experience we have ever had at a motel. We had our dog (bichon) who is extremely clean and house broken, so we asked for a pet friendly room. The carpet was torn away from the door as you enter and literally in shreds (I took a pic) the carpet was... More

Thank you for advising us of your unpleasant stay. We are always very willing to switch you to another room if possible. We do take great pride in our cleanliness so this one somehow fell through the cracks. Pet rooms do receive much more wear and tear than other rooms. Because of this we work hard to keep them in... This was our second stay in three years. The room cleanliness was average for the price both times, and the amount of noise we could hear from the hallway was also pretty average. The breakfast room had the usual variety you get for the price of the stay. They were out of most things when we went in for breakfast,... More
