I stopped in for a billboard rate of $59. I ended up paying 65.00 because there were two of us. Fine hotel. Location is perfect to walk along the river. The free sit-down breakfast with a waitress was different from other hotels. Our king room looked new. I really liked the refridgerator and microwave. Internet signal could be stronger. more

Traveled for many years, this was the worst experience ever. Horrible staff, rooms smelled so bad, my wife made us check out a day early. There were no rooms in town, she said she would rather sleep in the car with my 2 children. They should offer 'Smoking or Chain Smoking' The room across the hall was partying all night... more

I drove by a sign on my way to Idaho Falls that said they had a room for 59.99 a night so i decided to stop and see, sure enough they did. Not only was it$59 but I also got a breakfast bisuits and gravy yumm they even have a lounge that was open pretty late. Overall I had a... more

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The bedspreads had oil stains, the carpet was extremely dirty and old. The carpet also had white stains that obviously were overlooked by housekeeping. There was no shampoo provided for the $75 a night! The walls are thin and you can hear everything. No elevator which means you have to... more

When we entered the room, we were immediately hit by the smell of wet dog. Later, it turned out the smell was coming from one of the bedspreads. The windows didn't open and the AC didn't work, so we got to stew all night in a fetid, airless room. Bathroom was mildewy and a little slimy. Wireless internet was free,... more

The rooms were very dingy, A/C did not work well and the room smelled!!!!! We were traveling with our pets and realize that often you have to sacrifice in order to take them along. This was bad however. Hallways were dirty and the stairs appeared to have not been swept in a very long time. I would definately try a... more

Bait and Switch marketing techniques promising low "Billboard Special" rates and "Full Free Breakfast." Billboard rates effectively do not exist (hotel staff says they are gone by 4:00 PM) and breakfast would shame the dollar menu of a fast food restaurant if you are foolish enough to wait nearly an hour for it. Rooms poorly maintained, loose faucets on sinks,... more

If a zero were a choice, then that would have been the rating this motel would have received. My advice is stay away unless you have no other choice and then think about sleeping in your car. I made a reservation online for a king-size suite; after I had checked in, paid, unloaded my car, and finally got to the... more

Having stayed at a "Guesthouse" property in the past I thought I knew what to expect at this property. To say we were disappointed would be a gross understatement. I could have overlooked the dated decor and carpet and very low ceiling, but the filthy chairs, mildewed bathroom, gaps around the door leading outside, blind cords that didn't work, filthy... more

Rooms are ok. Not really really old, but not brand new either. The hotel does show some age. The front desk staff, helpful and friendly and the free breakfast was very good. Not the best, but not the worse either. About middle of the road. If it weren't for the great breakfast, I'd probably stay somewhere else. more
