My wife and I had traveled to Idaho Falls, Id. to see sights in the region. I had looked at number of hotel accommodations in the area and looked at reviews. I had never heard of this particular place, but the reviews seemed to be pretty good and the price was reasonable so we thought we would give it a... More

If I could give no stars, I would. Advertised billboard price was a farce. Paid $93 (incl $10 pet fee) for a room that wasn't even worth the $65 advertised AFTER arguing with the front desk about the price we were guaranteed. They tried to up the price to $107 once we arrived. The carpet inside the entry door of... More

I have not written a review before as I am pretty tolerant of minor deficiencies. However, since staying at this Guesthouse Hotel in Idaho Falls in late July of 2014 for one night, I felt compelled to let others know what to watch out for at this hotel. We paid for a room with a "recliner" so that we could... More

I am so sorry for your disappointment. All of our queen rooms have the oversized chairs but our kings have the recliner. I'm sorry for the confusion. Our pool is heated naturally by the sun and our hotel tub is regulated and cannot reach temperatures of 104 degrees which is mandated by the federal government. More

The property is old and run down. The non smoking rooms smelled like stale cigarettes, may have been smoking rooms at one time and never cleaned. The only thing that worked well was the shower pressure, in the nasty tub and bathroom area. The contenental breakfast was terrible. We attempted to get water from the vending machines and none of... Oh dear. We are a non smoking hotel and there is a convenient store just across the street from us that sells beer, pop and water. I do apologize that the beverage machine didn't work. Although Coke owns the machines we do call them immediately if they do not work and always offer suggestions like the convenient store across the... More

We had no problem with this hotel. It was a good price and good location and it came with a great contential breakfast. There was even a microwave and fridge in our room which was really nice! There was no more towels by the pool/spa though which was unfortunate. The spa was ridiculously hot and it a room so there... More

Our hot tub room is in a large room by itself and is heated by the hot water. It can get warm in the room in the summer so I can recommend cooling off in the outside pool. We have been experiencing temperatures of 95 degrees for six weeks now. More

I travel alone quite a bit, so I am fortunate enough to stay at this hotel during my road trips. The staff bring up my past stays and are able to secure a great rate for me. They even check about my dog, as I have travelled with him in the past. This is one of the few hotels, that... More

We were on our way to Boise from Wyoming when we ended up in this hotel, It was almost midnight and my husband and I were so tired from the driving all day. We went to Shilo Inn suites first but right away when we spoke to the front desk agent we know we will not stay in this hotel,... More

For an economy price and saving $50 per night compared to the next door, we are a great value. We like Santana as well. She is a keeper for us! More

My children and I stayed here on July 29, 2014. The night manager was so pleasant and accommodating. She gave us a late check-out so that my children would have a chance to use the swimming pool since we had arrived later than expected that night. All the hotel employees were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable, the... More

My husband works for Union Pacific Railroad and I travel with him often. This trip we brought two of our four children. The out door pool and hot tub are very clean. All the staff was respectful and housekeepers trustworthy. We stayed for 8 nights and not one problem occurred. I highly recommend staying here and the river is a... More

Room was nice and clean, and the air conditioner was the best I had in a series of hotel stays over a 4-week period. Wasn't crazy about having to carry my luggage up the stairs instead of having an elevator, but I survived. The hotel was situated in a nice location with nice areas for walking along the river, but... More
