The rooms are extremely large. Large screen LCD TV. High speed wifi. Large hot tub to soak. The breakfast is actually a small buffet in the restaurant. There is a walk connecting the hotel with the riverfront walking path that stretches for miles along the river, and the hotel is within a stone's throw of the falls. If Idaho Falls... More

I stayed 3 nights. They never cleaned the room. I had to ask for another towel and washcloth as well as toilet paper. There was food under one of the nightstands that remained there despite my telling the front desk that the room was not clean. The overnight front desk clerk is one of the rudest people I have ever... More

We stayed here when we dropped our son off at college. The room was large, which was nice, but when we asked for additional blankets and pillows, the front desk said they were all out....Really? Wow. We booked for three adults and two kids, and there was only two towels in the room. They did have more of those, thankfully.... More

Very pleasent. Staff is great, very friendly and helpfull. Clean,, nice nice nice, . Watch out about waking in the back lawn.... lots of goose poop. I step down and my foot looked a my kids playdough factory. Rooms have warm decor, makes you want to stay inside and gaze out at the big tall building with a gold statute... More

My wife and I stayed here last summer for one night, it was hot, and the A/C would not work, we called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do. I asked for another room, they said they were fully booked which was a lie, my wife called the reservation desk and asked about vacancies, they said... More

I stayed at this hotel on my way to Wyoming. I have had pleasant experiences with Shiloh Inns in the past so was sure it would be a decent stay. First off, the room was spacious and had a nice balcony right on the water. The carpets were very dirty, but what can you do. Price was ok. The bar... More

Overall this Shilo was a fine stay for our drive through town. We enjoyed the room which was large, dark, quiet, and had a comfortable bed and shower. Unfortunately the main elevator was broken and the entry area had a strange odor though. Front desk staff was helpful. Parking area was a little inconvenient with regards to space and lighting.

My wife and I felt welcome and wanted from the moment we walked through the front doors. Lacy and Sharon at the front desk were helpful and supportive every night we were here. They gave us a great room with a great view. The hotel is a little older but everyone does a great job of keeping it looking nice.... More

I'm not usually a fan of the Shilo Inn's but I thought this stay was very nice. Upon arrival there was a bus of people about to come in and the reception obviously wasn't in the friendliest of moods, a please or thank you would have been nice and a smile would have been welcoming. The room was large and... More

This hotel is clean and pretty average. Rooms are a bit older but if you are just sleeping here it's fine. However if you require a couple of extras forget about it. The staff is very friendly and fantastic at politely telling you no. We asked for an early check in as we were booked with a wedding group and... More
