The rooms were clean and what we needed.... a bed to sleep in and a shower to wash. Nothing out of the norm. But is nice to be connected to Triple Play and Raptor Reef. The price of the room was a little much but included three passes in the package.

This hotel has such potential. It is adjacent to Triple Play which is why we stayed there. We paid for two nights and what a nightmare! We rented room 100, a king with jacuzzi tub and fireplace. The room was quite lovely, bed was comfortable - everything else, AWFUL. I wish we could have rested well on that comfortable bed.... More

bellepplusthree I am very sorry to hear about the disappointment of your recent stay. We absolutely strive to provide a quiet and comfortable environment to our guests. You create some excellent training opportunities for our staff to review (such as letting individuals change for an athletic event in our boardroom) as to be mindful of other guests. Thank you for... This hotel was so fantastic! My one year old son had fun at the little play area near the arcade at the Triple Play. Speaking of the arcade, I also played there with my five year old boy, and almost none of the games were out of order. The breakfast was delicious and the pancake maker was really cool. The... More

My family of four stayed here as part of our "Triple Play Vacation." This was our first time there. We booked a room which separated the 2 kids into bunk-beds but the reviews were a little deceptive. The children's sleeping area is still so close to mom and dad, and so open, that there was very little privacy. So if... More

The rooms were very spacious. We had a two queen for our family of 5, 3 small kids. The breakfast was hot and not terrible. The pancake machine made okay pancakes. They only charge a $10 pet fee pet night which was great as we are traveling with a cat. I would return.

Other than both mattresses having a good sized valley in them, it is a nice place to stay. The added bonus is that we were able to buy our tickets for the adjoining water park for $15 each rather than $22 at the entrance to the water park. I believe there is also a "triple play" package deal with the... More

We stayed here about six years agoas well as this year, but this year was even better because our children were old enough to really enjoy everything the connecting " Triple Play Fun Park " had to offer. The absolute ONLY complaint I have is that families with young kids don't observe the quiet hours and it can get noisy... More

Rented 2 king size rooms and even at the last minute was ably to get them across from eacother. Was able to check in early with great service. Hotel and rooms are hospital clean was very impressed. Rooms were very good size and accomodations in them were above and beyond. Kids had a blast at Triple Play. Had a wonderful... More

We loved our stay and especially appreciated the great breakfast. My kids thought they were in heaven with Raptor Reef next door and Wildwood up the road. We should have spent a third day in the area. We will be back!

Only stayed for one night. Was a little high at $150 and also the people upstairs were quite loud. But the hotel room itself is very nice and clean. The room comes with microwave and mini fridge which was nice, but the fridge didn't work at all whatsoever. For the price I would've liked to have a working fridge.
