Good points: location, breakfast was ok. Bad points: this hotel is tired. The room was dusty. Awful night sleep as the mattress was thin and springy. Also, we got 2 single beds pushed together to make a double bed despite the fact that I had booked 3 months before we were staying at this hotel and requested a double bed.

Just back from a three day stay , as in previous visit lovely hotel , all staff friendly and polite. Room clean and good size. Breakfast was very good , if you could not find enough to eat you must be very fussy, hot food topped up on a regular basis even when we got there just before breakfast finished.... More

Following a three night stay at the Le Boulevard, I can't fault it. The hotel is less then 2 mins from the Lido vaporetto stop, on a lovely scenic and peaceful island. The hotel itself is a nice and clean building with tasteful decor and a nice large comfortable lobby. So if for any reason you're waiting it's fine and... More

We are currently staying at this hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel at all. The reason for this is the staff in the restaurant are very rude and it looked as the people staying in here can all recognise this. They ran out of tea in the restaurant in the morning when breakfast was being... More

I am generally more concerned with price than amenities ( happy to slum it hotel wise if the outside provides enough interesting things to do) so this place has really impressed me! Affordable and somehow uber swanky as well! Extra blankets and pillows in the pleasantly decorated and air conditioned rooms, excellent selection at breakfast and beautiful decor/ aged mirrored... My single room had clearly not been used frequently and showed it. Dust and dirt, missing safe, VERY poor customer service attitude. There was no interest in remedying the situation and only after MUCH INSISTENCE It took 24 hours to get a change to a normal room

I stayed as part of a Globus Tour and was very disappointed in that I paid extra for the single supplement but the room I got for the extra money? It was a tiny room, so tiny you could barely walk around the bed - which for some mystery they decided to put a double bed in it. Which meant... More

After having a booking snafu Le Boulevard took in 6 tired hungry travelers and gave us delightful rooms for the night. The rooms were just lovely. Clean, airy and totally comfortable. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us. Unfortunately, a conference was booked onto the island for the remainder of the week and there were... More

The only reason this gets a 3 and not a 2* is because we have stayed in such an array of places from stunning 5* hotels down to grotty little hostels and this does just sit in the middle. On the scale of things, we had two beds with (what looked like) clean linen, electricity, hot water and our own... More
