Perfectly located a few steps from the waterbus terminus. Recently modernised without losing its traditional charm. Quite a small hotel, in seaon would have terrace and late dining and bar which were not open as we went off-season. We had a 2nd floor room overlooking the terrace and the bay. It was reasonably sized, clean and comfortable with adquate furnishings,... More

A lovely hotel situated less than 30 meters from the lido Vaporetto port. It is so convenient to disembark from the airport shuttle boat and to have your hotel staring you in the face. All three front of house staff we encountered were extremely accommodating. The room was spacious enough for two, had a great view from the balcony, was... More

Maybe we were expecting too much from this hotel based on the tripadvisor reviews but when a hotel proclaims four star status, one expects certain standards, When we arrived, the fact that the hotel was just across the road from the vaporetto stop seemed a positive advantage. We were offered an upgrade to a "junior suite" with a Jacuzzi which... More

Staff here are fantastic and very friendly. Rooms are a little dated (along with one light out in our bathroom and a leak in the shower head) but it adds to the feel of the hotel all round. Be aware that the double beds are 2 singles pushed together. Location wise it is right on the Lido water stop. Access... More

Directly opposite the vaporetto stop at the Lido. Small , spotlessly clean. Breakfast buffet is varied and wholesome. Rooms are well appointed and many have lagoon views. Free wi-fi was welcome. Staff very accommodating and eager to please . Very competitively priced . Dead easy to get around the the city and the islands as theree are a range of... More

stayed 22nd- 25th nov 2015 - hotel chosen based on trip advisor reviews good value, reasonable room with excellent link to water busses though if I went again would prefer to be in the centre as though restaurants definitely better value for money found 40 mins there and back abit of a pain in the winter months. staff / management... The hotel is a matter of strides away from the boat station. The staff were immediately welcoming and informative, with genuine good manners rather than corporate suavity. The room we took was clean and simply furnished, with a good bed, decent shower, toilet and sink and a small balcony overlooking the square across which people dashed to catch their morning... More

From the start this hotel did not disappoint. Situated on Lido and seconds from the Boat/Bus Station, this hotel served as the perfect base for our trip to Venice. Clean room with lovely furnishings and amenities, we were very comfortable here. However, the big winner for this hotel was the staff. Every person that we spoke to was friendly and... More

Well where do I start. Perfect. Lovely suite, excellent staff, friendly environment. We loved being on Lido with superb views of mainland and enjoyed the boating to and fro. Somehow away from the 'madding crowd' yet still right there. Venice. A place for lovers and eating. 2nd visit and we long to return. This was 7 or so years ago... More

having read the reviews of this hotel I was expecting something really nice. What we got was a mostly empty hotel, that was not particularly warm, and far from being luxurious. Paid to upgrade to a superior room on the basis that the other room on offer was the size of a rabbit hutch. However even the 'superior' room didn't... More
