The room was fine, but the staff gossiped about us and were somewhat passive aggressive. Close enough to the water bus stop, with a few good cafes on the way if you want to pick up breakfast on your way to Venezia.

The receptionist is kind & friendly. The wifi is very strong. Room is clean & nice. Only 15 mins by walk to the water boat station. Nothing much to complain for the amount of money we paid. This place is around half an hour away from venezia santa lucia train station by water boat.
