The location, setting and hotel grounds were very nice. An old building but good for the price. Traveling back and forth to Venice was not as much of a problem as I thought, but it took some time. Two blocks from the beaches of Lido and one block from the Casino.

I booked a single room. Although the hotel has a gorgeous garden and a stilish, old fashioned hall, I was given an extremely narrow, claustrophobic and basic room with two small beds leaving just 40 cms of space in the middle to move to the shower room. The shower door was broken but roughly clean. I was so disappointed when... More

This hotel is situated approx 15 mins walk from the waterbus (vaporetto) stop where you can get to/from main Venice easily. The hotel itself is basic in layout. The staff are friendly and speak English well. The room itself is basic & clean. Fresh towels were brought in every day. The bathroom in our room (Room 102, ground floor) was... More

A quiet hotel in a pleasant location next to a canal. Convenient for water bus and beach. Pleasant staff who speak good English. Like Lido itself, the hotel has seen better days and had a sort of faded glamour. It's a bit worn and dated so if you expect your hotel to be freshly decorated with brand new fittings, this... More

Breakfast was really poor. We were promised an english breakfast, instead we woke up to table full of packed goods. Coffee machine was a mess, no clear sign which button gives normal coffee. The room was average and cleaned every day. A/C machine wasnt working, instead they had brought an floor fan to cover the A/C in the room. The... More

There is nothing spectacular but nothing terrible about this place. I would say it was very average. There is AC, staff that were pretty helpful, and it's in a great location. Easy to find from the water bus stop and only a few bus stops away from good restaurants and the beach. I traveled alone and my room was big... More

This is a stylish hotel and for the money it doesn't get better in the Venice area. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast looked a bit average so we didn't bother but just ate in nearby cafés. The location is great, you can be downtown in no time with the ferries but Lido... More

We booked airline tickets through Esky and we received 7% discount on the hotel's prices. Our room was No.119, 1-st floor, with a nice balcony facing the small pond with Lotus flowers. It's a vast room that is very good for the summer and is facing to a beautiful villa. Queit & clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. Beautiful views all... More

I booked this hotel through a mystery deal so not by choice. The hotel is in desperate need of a good clean and TLC. I stayed in room 101 right of the lobby a small single with old mismatched furniture that seemed to be added to every day when I returned making me wonder if other rooms where "naked". I... More

Beautiful old building though could do with updating. Rooms basic but comfortable beds. Linen and towels very clean and housekeeping did rooms regularly. Friendly helpful staff gave us a map and directions for getting round lido and venice on check in which was a big help. An important thing to do is buy the venezia unica travel card on arrival...
