The Hotel Villa Parco created a great first impression. The Here's how our rating fell from a 5 to a 3. What is Good - The hotel creates a good first impression. As you enter through the garden into the raised Portico and before you step into the lobby, it makes you feel like you are in a really classy house,... We arrived late that evening. The receptionist was not very helpful. We asked him regarding the breakfast. He replied between 8 -10 the following morning at a cost of 10 euros. Following morning NO BREAKFAST (it was only 9 am......) for no reason. The room was spacious but everything was falling apart. Basically that hotel need "T.L.C " and definitely... More

We spent 2 days here on reaching Venice. The rooms are good and spacious at the affordable price. Not very high class but clean and nice hotel at a good location. Around 2 kms from the waterbus station. Recommended for a budget stay.

We have stayed in this hotel twice. It is in a very quiet area, 10 minutes from the Vaporetto, which takes about 10 minutes more to St. Marks and about 40 minutes to P. Roma(the main bus station for Venice). Best price for a double room! The breakfast was juice, rolls, croissants and a lot of other good things. If... More

My Husband and I stayed at the Hotel Villa Parco to our dismay. Our room was on the 2nd floor and while the bed was comfortable, nothing worked in the room. The shower was microscopic and we are not large people. The shower was filthy, the safe didn't work, the air-conditioning didn't work, the hair dryer didn't work. The toilet... More

At some point this would have been a beautiful building, but it has been left to get really run down which is such a shame. The rooms were cleanish and basic, there was a mini fridge in my room but the plug didn't fit any sockets! The shutter was stuck in the down position so the room was dark in... More

We stopped here a couple of weeks ago and although it was a little run down it suited our needs. The sheets were changed every morning and the beds made however there were no clean towels everyday which was a little disappointing. We didn't eat the breakfast as this was very basic and chose a café just up the road.... More

The location, setting and hotel grounds were very nice. An old building but good for the price. Traveling back and forth to Venice was not as much of a problem as I thought, but it took some time. Two blocks from the beaches of Lido and one block from the Casino.

I booked a single room. Although the hotel has a gorgeous garden and a stilish, old fashioned hall, I was given an extremely narrow, claustrophobic and basic room with two small beds leaving just 40 cms of space in the middle to move to the shower room. The shower door was broken but roughly clean. I was so disappointed when... More
