We opted to stay here because the #1 rated motel in Grangeville was booked and have no regrets staying here. The property has obviously been renovated & upgraded. The rooms were clean, larger than I expected and pleasant. Wifi worked very well; friendly staff and plenty of parking for a very reasonable price of $85. I would definitely stay here... More

After a great day on Lolo Pass we pulled into the Gateway Inn to get a room. The staff was friendly and quickly got us setup with rooms at a reasonable price. The rooms are not huge but are big enough to move around in comfortably. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were acceptable. The room was quiet and... More

We are bicycling cross country through small town USA. Our accommodations have ranged from the excellent to the not so nice. This hotel falls in with the really nice hotels. The positives: everything from the exterior parking lot to the room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable, bath towels were thick and fresh smelling, water pressure in shower and sink... More

We stayed at the Gateway Inn en route to eastern Washington. It was a good choice for our party of four families. Pleasant, quiet rooms. Continental breakfast included in the pleasant lobby. Wi-fi. Nice swimming pool, and if it is too cool, guests can swim in the indoor pool of the adjacent motel. Recommended.

After four days in the wilderness, nothing is more thrilling than a good hot shower and crisp, clean sheets. The Gateway Inn provides both for a very reasonable price. My room was large, clean, quiet, and well equipped with microwave and small fridge. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but enough to start the day on. With an espresso... More

We stayed here last week. Clean, quiet, breakfast was nothing special but clean and filling, grounds were clean, didn't swim but looked nice, staff was pleasant and helpful. Would stay there if we were in the area again. Price was less than the others..If it is CLEAN I can handle the rest. :-)

Located on the south end of Grangeville, the Inn is close to everything you need. Very quiet and super clean. Staff is very friendly. They treat you like family. By far the best place to stay in Grangeville. We have family there so we have tried others. Grounds are extremely well kept and rooms are well maintained. I think you... More

On our 42 day trip through USA with a disabled husband, we appreciate a ground floor room with an outside door. This we had in this lovely motel with its very friendly and helpful staff. It was good to have a filling breakfast to start the day with before we go out adventuring. The microwave and fridge is a "must... More

We were quite impressed with this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bed was a little hard for my liking but my husband liked that. They do have a nice outdoor pool, they serve a small continental breakfast in the lobby from 6 a.m. To 9 a.m. But they do not have decaf in the lobby if... More

A really pleasant stay. We arrived after a very hot motorcycle ride in 100 degree heat. The pool was so refreshing. The A/C in the room worked very well. Everything was clean & fresh. You can tell they have spent considerable effort to update and refresh an older place, and as a result it is a great place to stay... More
