I spent one night here with my wife on the way to Grand Teton and Yellowstone NP. Our first choice was Jackson but rates were too expensive so we decided to move to Idaho via Teton Pass. The motel was very good, we had a well equipped room with a large bathroom. They also have an inner swimming pool. The... more

I chose to stay here after searching online unsuccessfully for a cheap room to stay in Jackson on my way to Yellowstone and was not disappointed. It's a short (30 mile) drive from Jackson and well worth the money I saved, I paid about $95 including tax. The rooms are very large and the room as well as the property... more

As previously mentioned, rooms are rather large for a budget motel. In every other respect, however, this is very much your typical Super 8. I stayed here on a weeknight in late September 2007, the summer vacation season was pretty close to over. There were only three rooms occupied. Upon leaving the following morning, I noticed that the lobby attendant... more

This was the absolute worst hotel experience of my life! I arrived at the Super 8 in Driggs very late, around 1 am, because many roads were closed due to a blizzard. After waiting 15 minutes for some lady to come to the front desk in her pajamas, I was charged full price for a room I was only in... more

Stayed at the end of June 2007. We stayed there for one night to save $50 over a room in Jackson. We were driving to the Grand Teton from Salt Lake City, so it was only a small diversion. The room was really super sized as it advertised. Everything else was average motel standard. The microwave and refrigerator in the... more

I can not believe this is a Super 8. The custumer service and the size of the rooms are incredable not to mention how clean everything is! The people at the desk know how to direct to anything you want or need from food to car repair! Everytime we stay they have remodeled and updated something else keeping the place... more

My husband and I were on our annual ski bum tour Dec 07/Jan 08. Since it was just after New Years and it is a slow time for lodging/traveling so we didn't make any reservations. We walked-in to the Super 8 and asked about a room for three nights. The rate was reasonable. We requested a room upstairs. The woman... more

Stayed 5 nights July 2007. This was a great alternative to the pricier accomodations in Jackson. When booking the trip, we were disappointed that we wouldn't be able to stay in Jackson, but we really enjoyed staying in the Teton Valley and getting away from all the traffic each night. We had a very large standard king bed room. Quality... more

We requested a non-smoking second floor room. Our first floor room was designated non-smoking, but the motel ventilation is such that all rooms are smoking because the air is circulated throughout the building irregardless of who wants smoke and who doesn't. We requested a fridge upon their suggestion. They provided a microwave. If anybody showered in the building, it sounded... more

The Super 8 was your standard Super 8. The standard room was large enough to fit a ski team in it. The hot tub and sauna were god-sent after skiing 12+ inches of powder at Targhee. If you are a fellow ski-bum, check out the Movin' Sol hostel in Driggs. You can save a few bucks off the Super 8... more
