“Excellent customer service”

I'm pleased to say that the customer service I received while staying in this hotel was great. I travel for business and the desk chair had a broken ram on it, I mentioned it to the clerk and within minutes I had a new chair!! The bed was comfortable, the room clean and above all quiet!! “Everything Great Except The Bed.”

They advertize a pillow top mattresses not the case. Need a hip replacement after that night. The staff was great and the food at the restaurant was excellent, Very nice parking, we had a Boat and there was plenty of room to put it. Good TV and fridge in every room made it nice.

When we looked at the possibility of this hotel we noticed the hotel website said that they had "pillowtop" mattresses. That is not the case. This hotel has one of the worst hotel beds I have ever stayed in. In the day and age where hotels are focused on providing comfortable beds this Best Western has not focused on this... More

“Great Hotel and Customer Service!”

The customer service at this hotel is superb! I would recommend this hotel to any, business or pleasure! The indoor/outdoor pool is a great! As well as the other many amenities the hotel has to offer. The room was clean and the breakfast is a great start to the day!

“Enjoyable stay”

We have stayed here before and have found this to be a very good motel. They have a very nice pool and a hot tub Rooms are very clean and they have a restaurant attached which they will give you breakfast vouchers for. Staff is very friendly. Definately will stay here again

“No elevator to bring your luggage to the 2nd floor!”

Very easy access off highway. Rooms are nice and quiet, very little noise from other rooms or hallway. Free breakfast buffet in the morning, but it is the same buffet every day. “Excellent Hotel”

This is an excellent place to stay in Coeur d Alene, close to all of the amenities. The staff is great, good food, bar, and pool area. The rooms are nice and clean. My wife and I have been impressed by the room amenities and my kids love the pool area!! This is definitely a place we reccomend
