My husband and I had a wonderful stay in 1 of the 4 cabins at Wapiti Meadow Ranch. The area is remarkable with access to hiking, fishing and mountain biking. There are numerous trails to enjoy from easy wanders along lovely Johnson creek (as big as a river) to strenuous hikes with views into the "River of No Return Wilderness"... More

Idaho's Primitive Area is unique: few roads penetrate it; most access is by horse, airplane or boat. Wapiti Meadow Ranch was a wonderful experience. It is located in a remote part of Idaho, no city lights here. We came to fly fish and that we did. We spoke with Diana the owner to book our trip and she set us up a package to do speciffically what we wanted to do as far as the fishing goes.... More
