Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was a little firm (just the way I like it) but my wife likes a softer bed. For a budget price we got a great place to stay. Will stay there again.

We had an enjoyable time at the Best Western. Were impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the friendly way they served us. The area is vey nice. The snake River and farm lands around the motel gave a down home feeling. It is a good place to be if you find yourself in Burley

This motel impressed me with their cleanliness. The outside is pale grey clapboard siding with white trim and black shutters at the windows and there are NO cobwebs up under the eaves or lurking around the shutters. The motel is right beside the freeway but the rooms are well insulated from the noise. The night maid, Staci, is the person... More

Two days before I had stayed in one of the more expensive motels in town. I decided to try this Budget Motel. The room was adequate in size, smaller than the more expensive motel. It was clean and neat and passed my bedbug inspection that I do at all motels. The heater/A/C worked well. It had a nice table, two... More

The desk staff was very efficient and helpful. The room had a strong perfume odor that Ibassume was sprayed when cleaned. To rid the smell, I turned on the heat with outside air. The heater puffed dust. In the middle of the night the perfume smell was gone but, there was a strong urine odor hopefully not from the mattress.... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The front desk service was friendly. The price was great ($55). The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The place is well-maintained and family- friendly (nice handicap-accessible pool).

call the head to get a room at this place and was pulled one price and asked if I needed to make a reservation and was told no. Showed up less than half an hour later a different clerk had taken over and he accuse me of lying about my rate and would not honor it. ask him to call... More

I am complaining about charges for the room. Wouldn't accept my AARP card because there was a SPECIAL EVENT happening in Burley. I stayed there 2 wks prior and rate changed appreciably. I have stayed in this motel for 12 years now and have recommended it to friends but I will not continue to. The AARP discount is supposed to... More
