This hotel is located along the river in the lovely town of Bonners Ferry. Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke is overpowering, and as another contributor stated, the halls very dreary. Checked in to this Best Western. Watch our for the powerful cigarette smell as you walk in. The room, while large had a terrible smell, tried opening the window to air out the room but had no luck. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The indoor pool had the warmest water I've ever been in for a hotel pool, the hote tub and sauna were fabulous too. We stayed at this hotel via a casino bus tour out of Alberta. The hotel was very nice. We stopped here on our way to Canada, somewhat skeptical about staying at a casino hotel (we're not gamblers) but were pleasantly surprised. Except for some smoke in the lobby area, everything was fresh and clean. All rooms face the riverfront and have a view of the river and the mountains beyond, with a private deck. We stayed there during our trip doing the International Selkirk Loop. We had a king room overlooking the river.
