The staff was not friendly or professional at any encounter during our trip. The room was very small, dirty, and in bad need of cosmetic & structural repairs. The free continental breakfast was very limited, what was there was stale, or watered down. Will not stay here again.

The biggest problem was the door to our room. It wouldn't shut unless we jimmied the door. There was Vomit in the elevator. No towels in the pool area. Breakfast was picked over when we arrived at 7:30 am. The service in the breakfast room was terrible. We had no ice bucket in our room. No extra bedding for the... More

I booked this hotel online through expedia. The hallways smelled like an ashtray. We got to our room and the door was very light weight with only a handle lock, no additional security. The sliding glass door to the balcony was filthy, covered in hand prints and smudges, and the lock on it was broken. The railing on the balcony... More

We arrived at the motel after searching online and seeing the pictures management had posted. I am familiar with the brand as we live on the Oregon coast and its local. We inquired if there were rooms available and were told they had what we needed. I have never been to Boise so I was asking for recommendations for dinner.... More

We rented this hotel to be able to go out with friends and stay all night. We also needed time alone. The bedrooms are clean and stocked with mini fridge and microwave as well as a coffee maker! All the coffee creamer in the building is powdered which was a downer, the breakfast was not great either but whatever. They... More

We were pleasantly surprised by this motel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful We would definitely stay here again. Liked that, in addition to a breakfast room, there were coffee and ice water in the lobby 24/7.

We did have a good view of the River and it was next to a bike-walking path. The chairs at the table in the room needed to be replaced. The seats had lumps in them. The pool was fine, but the small hot tub next to it was too dirty to use. Their internet ad stated they had a sauna... More

Thank you for your feedback about your last stay with us. I think that the river and path are very nice as well; in fact I consider them one of the best. We are aware that we have some issues and are working on improving the furniture in the rooms, updating the premises and working on the little things around... More

We arrived at hotel to check in with a desk clerk who had recently been hired, was not familiar with Boise at all. They had no maps or city street maps that could help a hotel guest find their way around town. They offered no discounts for hospital or doctor visits. We will not stay there again at $100 per... We were overnight in Boise and wanted a really good deal on a room.. Shilo Inn Boise Riverside was a great deal. It was clean, staff friendly and easy to get to restaurants and the main street happenings. The room was nicely decorated with comfy beds. Worth a look for the price!
