The elevator didn't work, the king bed had queen size pad so about 1/3 of the bed had just a sheet over the rough mattress, the upholstered chair was so dirty we wouldn't even put luggage on it, the door to the bathroom was so warped it was de-laminated and shredded. It wouldn't take much investment to make it a... More

After looking at other hotels in the neighborhood, we were pleasantly surprised by the Boise Inn. The staff matched a price we had found online and gave us a nice room near an exit. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and well lit. The bed was comfortable and the TV was small but nice. Parking was easy, convienet, and well... More

The owners are very unprofessional i even saw them cussing out guests in the lobby. The rooms smell bad and need to be maintained. The bed comforter smelled like cooking oil and felt like it had had never been washed. I found several spiders and got 3 spider bites during my stay. Every time we asked for extra toilet paper... I believe this used to be an Econo Lodge, then became the Vista Inn and is now the Boise Inn. The current owners do make attempts to keep it clean but the entire building as well as the rooms are in need of extensive maintenance. By maintenance, I am referring to several rooms with broken windows which are visible from... More

I lived in this hotel for a year. You are about 50 yards from the Boise River and the green belt, that goes for miles and miles. In just a few blocks you are right in the middle of down town. The owners are friendly and offer discounts for longer stays. Free WIFI and cable TV. I was last there... More

Im not at all shocked this place has so many bad reviews I am shocked that they maintain a business with the way they treat guests, the man at the front desk acted as if I was a robber, my name had not been added by accident and they threatened me for "tresspassing" and said I couldnt even be added...
