We have stayed at Fairfield Inns many times. While not a full service hotel, it is always what you want in a hotel...and the Fairfield Boise was more than expected. The rooms and hallways were clean and spot free, the beds were comfortable, the service at the desk was wonderful. While the hotel does not offer a luggage rack, the... More

I was in Room 122 - which may have been a wheelchair accessible room. So the room was especially roomy. First the room - clean and comfy. No frills but good. The room has a mini fridge and micro and one of my favorites...bedside outlets so you don't have to go searching (actually the lamps had the built in outlets).... More

Extremely clean rooms and grounds. The staff was very helpful and I loved that I could have my pet with me. Lots of room outdoors to give the dog exercise, etc. I always love the fresh breakfasts at the hotel. I will return here on my future travels.

Quick check in by friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet and had a small fridge and microwave. The breakfast had a good selection and was kept well stocked right to the end by a very efficient attendant.

NO COMPLAINTS about this hotel! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were immaculate, and extremely large. Great location. Minutes from the airport and downtown. Applebees just across the road as well as a close by park for a stroll.

Passing through on my way to a jobsite and had my dog along for the ride. This hotel is clean and comfortable, with very kind and pleasant staff, nice breakfast options, and lots of poop-free grass (thank you fellow dog travelers) for the dog to stretch her legs and play fetch after a long ride.

Hello Wasatch Wanderer, I thought you would be interested in hearing that we installed a Pet Station with baggies and a waste bin at the south end of the outdoor area to help ensure that our grass continues to stay clear of pet waste. We hope to see you and your four-legged friend back again soon! More

The staff is impeccable. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, but the staff goes through great measure to minimize the inconvenience. The renovated rooms are beautiful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety and is delicious. It far exceeds some of the "free" hotel buffets. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Upon booking I was told (through email) that the hotel would be undergoing renovations at the time I planned to stay. I thought about changing hotel but ultimately elected to keep my booking out of convenience more than anything else. Collin at the front desk was helpful, polite, and pleasant when checking me in and I was happy to learn... More

We stayed Friday night for a early Saturday morning fly out. The staff are young and very friendly and accommodating. The property was in the middle of a complete remodel, we got a newly remodeled third floor room, no airport or freeway noise. There was a group of football fans using the hallways to party which was rather annoying. We... More

Fortunately, I was only here for one night, but this isn't typical for Fairfields. The property is being renovated but the staff was very friendly and accommodating in the slight chaos. It'll get better by January 2015. My room was clean and functional and it's close to where I needed to be. I'll be back.
