First we get there and the front desk guy is very rude/short with us. Then our room was not at all what the pictures portrayed! Spiders in the tub, dirty counter tops and floors. WORST of all when I pulled my sheets back to get into bed there were several spots of red blood on the fitted sheet! I immediately... More

The room was booked by my office through expedia. The charges were to be billed to them and no charges were to be required by myself. I called early the day of my stay to inquire about what accomodations they had. IE: stove, microwave, refrigerator....I was told they could put a small refrigerator and a microwave in my room for... I came for a conference in the hotel. Location was terrible for anyone not having a vehicle - only restaurant within walking distance was Appleby's and the gas station next door. And to take a "to go" meal from the hotel restaurant was going to have a 19% gratuity tacked on! And they didn't offer a lunch.....closed during the lunch... More

Last week I stayed in your motel for three days. The accommodations were good and we did have a nice time. However, the description under accommodations was not met. I was on government business and not provided breakfast is indicated under the government rate.

My wife and I stayed for one night enroute to Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon and Vegas and I might say although this hotel looks tired from the outside, surprising the rooms were clean and hardly any bad smell in the corridors. We'll certainly stay there next time.

This Holiday Inn is definitely in need of updating. It's old and very dated, but my room was clean and the service was great. There's certainly nothing wrong with the hotel at all, just needs bigtime updating.

We selected the Holiday Inn Airport Hotel in Boise, Idaho and we couldnt have done one bit better. What a great time we had as did all our shipmates and their families. The hotel staff was amazing!!! My husband and I were there for our USS Floyd B Parks reunion and we can't say enough good about your staff. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were welcome and it was that way for the whole 8 days we were there. Everyone above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable and taken... More

Large Group - Floyd B Parks Reunion. One of the nicest and affordable places we have stayed. Food at the hotel was so good we didn't feel the need to go elsewhere. The chef and banquet staff provided wonderful catered banquet meals as well. The staff went to great lengths to be helpful and welcoming and respond to our needs.... More
