I think the Boise Hotel and Conference Center has an identity crisis. For years it was a Holiday Inn about two minutes from the airport. Then for some reason Holiday Inn gave up the ghost and it became the Boise Hotel and Conference Center (maybe it occurred around the time Holiday Inn took over the Cambria Suites two blocks away).... sports teams, families and rock bottom rate shoppers will love this place. Why pay $100/night for nothing but a name? The security guy brought us extra towels late one night...some places would just say no!

Best experience ever in my travel to Boise. I was there for a business trip and of course I made the Boise Hotel and Conference Center my choice hotel. The hotel and the dining experiences were amazing.

This hotel was clean, conveniently located near the Boise Airport, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant breakfast special is a real deal and the lounge food and drinks were out of the ordinary. The "happy hour" burgers can't be beat! All in all, this hotel was far beyond normal expectations of friendliness and service and I... More

The facility is within 5 mintues of the airport, and offers a complementary shuttle to the hotel. The accomodations for our annual business meeting were outstanding. The meeting rooms were spacious and met the needs of our group very well. The staff was helpful and professional, and the hotel rooms were clean and reasonably priced. The restaurant in the hotel... As others have pointed out, the common areas and the rooms are dated, but that's the only negative we saw for this hotel - and given the price it's easy to give them a pass on it. Our room was immaculate and the bed was very, very comfortable. We checked in late at night and the staff was very accommodating... More

The positive - EXTREMELY nice and helpful staff. Comfortable bed as long as you don't think about how dirty it might be. Nice soap. Good berry cobbler dessert. The negatives -- where to begin? It's so incredibly old and just hasn't been cared for at all. My shower was foul... I HAD to use it one day and felt crawly... More

For the price we paid for our room, I think we got a really good deal. The staff was very nice. There is a large indoor pool and hot tub and they show a kid's movie on the pool area's wall on Friday and Saturday nights. There was new carpet in our room and the bed was comfy.
