I booked a room, a pool side room for a staycation, 2 months in advance. Apparently a reservation means nothing to this hotel. My family as well as three other families were denied the rooms that we reserved. There was some sort of gaming competition going on and all those rooms were given to those people. The hotel did nothing... More

Hotel is close to the airport. If arriving late at night the hotel shuttle is just in front of the baggage area. Hotel has recently been purchased by the Wyndom chain and it is undergoing major renovation. Rooms are satisfactory for an overnighter if arriving or departing early the next morning. NO ELEVATORS in the hotel. So if you are... More

Whenever we are in Boise, it usually means we are flying out the next morning. The location and free shuttle has been perfect for it. Also last time when we were flying out super early in the morning the shuttle was right on. Unfortunately there was a terrible mistake made and we could not get on our early morning flight,... More

We had an amazing stay at the Boise Hotel for my son's 6th birthday. The staff was incredible, especially Darcy who was incredible helpful and friendly. My son and his friends had a great time in the pool and the room was clean and had a slider that connected right to the pool area. We most definitely plan on doing... More

We had a trip from the Northwest to the mid-west and overnighted in Boise. In looking for a convenient layover hotel, we found the Boise Hotel and Conference Center. It was a good choice. The hotel is about 2 minutes from the airport. Our flight got in after mid-night and the shuttle was waiting right outside baggage claim for us.... More

Love the indoor pool and work out room. Rooms were large and very nice the pool in a giant room left no indoor pool feel or smell. Restaurant was taste and nice people. Parking was safe and not any loiters like some local hotel.

I've stayed at the Boise Hotel and Conference Center several times in the last year and have been delighted on each occasion. I can't imagine a better value. Rooms are clean and quiet, with widescreen TVs and modern bathrooms. Very nice pool and exercise facility. Convenient to the airport, and in a very safe neighborhood.

The hotel itself if a terrific value. There are newer hotels out there, but Boise Hotel and Convention center was warm, clean, and had plenty of nice amenities. Great location, too. The pool and hot tub were clean and super fun for my kids. The water is salted, less chlorine... which doesn't hurt eyes as much. BEST THING: Staff are... More

I wasn't sure what to expect from this hotel, but we needed a place close to the airport and the price was right. We had one issue with cleanliness of the room, but the housekeeping staff took care of it. The kids loved the big pool and hot tub. Note that there is no free tv here, but there is... More

This has been my 3rd or 4th stay at this hotel. It's always been good, and good value for money. We travel with our two dogs a lot and are aware that most places charge a pet fee, understandably. Our stay last Friday night was a surprising when on check in I asked for a pet room and was told... More

Please accept our sincere apologies for the miscommunication regarding our pet policy. Yes, we are pet friendly and we do charge a non-refundable fee. This fee is charged because we deep clean every pet room thoroughly. We value your business and we will definitely evaluate the fee with the other local hotels. Thank you again for your response.
