This was a moderate priced hotel which we found clean and worth the price. Restaurant serves breakfast and limited dinners. Other restaurants are within walking distance including my favorite in the whole area called the Kopper Kitchen. Good points are they are very close to the airport, on an I-84 exit (noise not a problem) and easy access to town.... More

STAY AWAY. Booked a room at the Boise Hotel via Expedia, then arrived at the hotel only to find that THERE WERE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. The staff made no attempt to offer to find alternative accomodations, or to straighten out the situation with Expedia. If you have a reservation there, better call ahead first. Or better yet, go somewhere else.

We go to Boise several times a year and usually stay at higher rated (thus, more costly) hotels. Since we would be here for five nights and I was attending a high school reunion, we would basically only be at the hotel at night for sleeping. So, in spite of a number of negative or questionable reviews, we decided to... More

Our experience with Boise Hotel and Conf. Center was frustrating at first. We asked for a nonsmoking room but when we stepped into this first floor room, it had an overpowering smell of smoke despite the plaque on the door. I think the problem is that smokers are smoking right outside the first floor rooms and the smoke is sucked... More

We booked our room for this hotel through a third party site on the day we needed the room. For the inexpensive price we paid, and the subpar reviews I read, I was nervous. We only needed to sleep 8 hours and then leave, so we weren't looking for The Four Seasons. This hotel was better than I thought it... More

Thank you for your feed back. For the safety of our guest we unfortunately had to close down the pool for 24 hours. We look forward to having you stay with us again and enjoy all the amenities. More

I booked the room through an online site as a place to sleep as I drove through. Check-in took about 30 minutes due to the computers being down. I suppose I can't fault them for that. The room was clean, the beds were ok, but the pillows were poor. The biggest problem was the light coming in from the room... More

Old hotel with old carpet and look, bare-bones really Pricey for the room but convenient to BOI airport No issues - smooth check-in, clean room & bathroom Bed was uncomfy but that is probably a personal preference Weird lack of plug points for charging phones

I booked the hotel through an on line travel site when I needed an inexpensive place to stay for one night. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The building is dated and could use some fresh paint and carpet. The rooms also need more outlets.

1st night- we were double charged for their incidental fees. When we went back to confirm days the front desk personnel had... More
