This year I had to travel frequently to Boise for chemotherapy--not the best of reasons for travel, but the Harrison was always wonderful. An excellent price, even beating most hotels offering a "medical" discount, the rooms clean, the service special. The one time I had a misunderstanding over the airport shuttle (be sure to check for times) it was quickly... More

I recently had to travel to Boise for a Funeral and staying at the Harrison was comforting and warm. I have stayed at this Hotel before and have never experienced anything negative. I would like to acknowledge your employee Orlando for his sincerity and compassion as a person with high regard to his job. Please give him the recognition that... More

I tried this for the first time due to the fact that I had a car repair just a block away. It is a nice hotel with inviting entry. My experience with the staff is mixed, unfortunately from a somewhat aloof demeanor to the reservation clerk making an error in my reservation by two calendar days. This is an older... More

By chance we found and tried this hotel. It is a gem. Prices are rock bottom, rooms are very large and comfy. It appears to be an old luxury hotel, (baths are dated), but in the process of being rehabbed. Large! inside pool off the reception, and you have breakfast, very nice one too, on the deck. Skip the chain... More

We had heard that the Harrison was a quality place to stay, but found it far more than just that. Although hidden away from the hustle 'n bustle of the city, this hotel offered up much more than most others. Everything about the Harrison is top-notch, from a warm atmosphere to the extremely helpful and personable staff. We were looking... More

This little hidden Gem is like a home away from home . Harrison Plaza is a very cozy peaceful hotel w out the hotel feeling . It's off the main stream grid of hotels and for good reason it's uniqueness is only surpassed by its comfort and warmth . From the glass elevator overlooking the indoor pool to the oversized... More

This hotel has a bit of charm to it. Decent rates compared to the downtown premium prices you'll pay, but far further from the nightlife action Boise has to offer. It's in an automall so it is secluded and fairly quiet. There's a pool which is nice if you have kids or just want to cool off. The staff was... More

I recently stayed at the Harrison Plaza Suite Hotel and I could not be any happier with the hotel staff. These people are super nice and went above and beyond to help out my disabled brother when he arrived. My room was very nice for an older hotel. The refrigerator and microwave were great to have and the continental breakfast... More

The hotel is older but it is in very good condition. The carpets were clean, decorations were tasteful, refrigerator in the room and the staff could not be better. They were very helpful and accommodating. What sold me on this hotel was the airport transportation plus they will take you to local spots if you want. The continental breakfast was... More

This is an older hotel off the beaten path BUT the hospitality is first rate, the rooms are clean and huge, and the beds are super comfortable. You get a lot for the price, as comfortable if not more comfortable than other expensive hotels. You are not down town but right by the connector so easy to get around Boise.... More
