Found cat food on carpet in room. Found long dark hairs inside of sinks and folded into towels. Contacted front desk. They thanked us for bringing it to their attention. Now they can advise their cleaning staff on areas of needed improvement. The exterior is in desperate need of being cleaned. Spider webs surround the sliding patio doors and outside... more

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life and I travel a lot! I booked three nights at this hotel and left after 16 hours and 3 different rooms. Room 1- I was in this room less than 1 hour. Room smelled horrible and had poor decor like something out of the 80's.... more

Booked this hotel for a 1-night stay on a business trip through Priceline for $45 plus tax. At that rate, it's a very good value. There is a restaurant and bar on premises. Room was big, clean, comfortable. They have ethernet internet to the guest rooms, which means a tangle of wires and cables and a complicated chart of how... more

We used a coupon from a magazine we picked up at Idaho information and got a great rate of $55. for a king room. The room was modern, spotless and had a nice seating area and balcony. We didn't use the pool but it, and the grounds, were lovely. The only problem we had was the coffee maker didn't work,... more

We loved our stay at this dated, well-situated Hilton property: terrific value, wonderful staff, convenient location, large comfy room with microwave and mini-fridge, big outdoor pool, clothes washer & dryer on site, fitness center. Oh, and fabulous chocolate-chip cookies at check-in. This is a big, rambling hotel whose hey day (we guessed) may have been the 1980's. The lay-out is... more

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding in Boise. The hotel is nicely situated and our room overlooked the river and hike and bike trail. A free wired internet connection is provided in each room. The pool is very nice. The jets on the hot tub are situated too high and had the water spouting out of the... more

My husband and I spent 3 days at the Double Tree with a group of Air Force retirees. Our room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the courtyard and gardens. The staff at the desk that welcomed us were very helpful. However, the restuarant and banquet facilities need help. Even when we arrived and no more than 4 or... more

My boss chose this property for a two-day training for which I did on-site support. I was not crazy about the location within Boise (almost 2 miles from downtown), but I was very happy with the choice given the parameters. I would hold a meeting again there because the service for the sleeping room and meeting was superior. Anything I... more

Stayed here for two nights while husband had business meetings. Rooms were large, bed was new and very comfortable. Water was hot, showers nice, free paper in the AM, I loved the shaded grounds, walking the paths, sitting by the river, the pool was delightful and I loved the sprawling floor plan. They had numerous conferences going on... but yet... more

Had a king bed, garden view room. Garden was actually the pool. Room was great size, very clean, soft bed. Only noise was from slamming doors in hallway. Could use a little updating but noting wrong with our stay. Staff was friendly & helpful. We would stay there again! more
