For those of you planning a trip to Boise I have to share my experience with you regarding the Double Tree Club in Boise ID. The staff was not only friendly and professional but they made me feel welcome. The management staff was very helpful when we had company meetings and were always there for us when we needed assistance.... more

Very nice place, pet friendly too (they gave us dog treats when we checked in with our dog). Location is very convenient to downtown Boise and the greenway. Also right next to Boise State University. Place was very clean, nice views, staff was great. Nice pool, and nice cafe. And the price was unbelievable! We will stay here next time... more

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while in a transition to move and thought the service and hotel in general was not worth the money. We always prefer Hilton because of their reputation and comfort but this Doubletree was definitely lacking. The service was not that great, we had to ask them to clean our room instead... more

We stayed here two nights while attending a wedding. The day of the wedding, we left the do not disturb on our door until 11:30 a.m. when we were ready to leave for the wedding. (Housecleaning cart was still on our floor). When we returned at 6:30 p.m. to change, the room had not been cleaned. We notified the desk... more

You can definitely tell this is an older property. It is in desperate need of a remodel and thorough deep clean. The A/C in the room was still the old fashioned press the red and blue buttons on the window unit and part of the window unit was hanging off in my room. The bathroom and room itself had some... more

Overall a nice place, loved the workout room, and computer kiosks. The staff was a dream, always smiling greeting and holding doors open. I loved the staff. But the rooms were too small, and I am so glad i got a discount via priceline, beacause if I would have been expected to pay $199.00 for a room I would have... more

My wife and I spent a weekend at the Doubletree Club Boise. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and nicely appointed with modern furniture. The location was also excellent (within walking distance of downtown Boise, and a stone's throw from the Boise Riverbelt biking/ hiking trail. Best of all, the hotel was pet-friendly. Considering... more

Hotel is ok.....there are cleaner better places in town with similar rates. We have stayed here twice over the last couple of years...and I have no idea why I came back a second time. We were on second floor right next to street lamp over looking back of hotel. Couldn't find blackout drapes the first night so suffered all light... more

This was the most comfortable hotel bed I think I have ever slept in. We were on a very tight budget and I had never stayed at a doubletree because they are normally expensive. However, this hotel was only $65 for the night which we could afford. The man at the front desk was pleasant and we received two warm... more

My fiance, boxer, and I had a wonderful stay at the Doubletree in Boise. The front desk was very nice to my Boxer dog and were very helpful with any questions we had about the city and site seeing. The hotel is located right across the street for the Greenway (?) (the path the runs along the river). We really... more
