I stayed here for the third time in two years.This is truly a comfortable, clean and enjoyable hotel. The concept is simple. A good bed, a work /leisure space with reasonably priced food and drink. The airport shuttle is a nice perk. I will only stay at Hyatt when in BoIse. More

The hotel is fairly new and comfortable. Great beds, good size room with separate seating area. The service was extremely helpful and pleasant both at the front desk and when I needed by bedding changed to hyperallergenic pillows and duvet. It's a bit away from the town center but near all the shops you could want. More

Nice decor but I have stayed there twice now and they have a major problem with the hot and cold water lines being cross connected. There is no cold water in the rooms so you can only get a scolding hot shower and you must brush your teeth with hot water. Employee at front desk told me this is normal!!!... More

Rooms are modern and clean - super comfortable beds and nice breakfast. But don't intend on doing anything via web while you're here. The "high speed" internet is slower than dial up.
