We have stayed at the Hyatt in Boise many times and always make it a point to come back. It's clean. The service is great, staff friendly and after staying at many hotels throughout the year, the stay has been consistently wonderful. The free breakfast is a cut above the rest...real plates, great coffee, creative and hot food. This morning... More

There was NOTHING to complain about when we stayed at this Hyatt. We are fans of the Hyatt chain. The Hyatt Place Boise ranks at the top of all their hotels. The cleanliness, quality, value and service were superb! The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff all had a smile on their faces and warm welcoming greetings. The... More

This was my first time to try Hyatt Place chain --a less expensive Hyatt hotel. I was MOST impressed. Very spacious room with sitting area, desk, L shaped sofa, mini frig, VERY comfy bed , huge TV with every channel. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was more than I had expected. Real coffee mugs, real plates and... More

I stayed here for the third time in two years. This is truly a comfortable, clean and enjoyable hotel. The concept is simple. A good bed, a work /leisure space with reasonably priced food and drink. The airport shuttle is a nice perk. I will only stay at Hyatt when in BoIse. More

Very clean hotel, great amenities & very nice staff. We stayed at this hotel in March 2011 & we were pleased on how nice everything was. Very convenient to a lot of shopping & the coffee shop next door has the best Honey Lattes!! More

The hotel is fairly new and comfortable. Great beds, good size room with separate seating area. The service was extremely helpful and pleasant both at the front desk and when I needed by bedding changed to hyperallergenic pillows and duvet. It's a bit away from the town center but near all the shops you could want. More

Nice decor but I have stayed there twice now and they have a major problem with the hot and cold water lines being cross connected. There is no cold water in the rooms so you can only get a scolding hot shower and you must brush your teeth with hot water. Employee at front desk told me this is normal!!!... More

I stayed here one night on business. The hotel has a great location; it's on a large commercial strip with tons of shopping and restaurants (mix of chains and local places) within just a couple of blocks. The hotel delivered on the brand promise of the Hyatt Place. The room was very spacious, with a great sitting area, huge TV,... More

Rooms are modern and clean - super comfortable beds and nice breakfast. But don't intend on doing anything via web while you're here. The "high speed" internet is slower than dial up. They seriously need to upgrade their wi-fi. I've got two more weeks coming up that I would love to stay here during, but I can't afford to lose... More
