This is about the third time I have stayed here and as always, a nice stay. Love the comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast is fresh, hot, varied and delicious. Well worth the money spent. Staff was also very nice.

I travel to Boise every other month for work from Portland and I always make it a point to stay at Hyatt Place because of the service I receive when I visit. The staff knows me by name and face, welcomes me back each time, and treats me as if I am family. I have only had one minor problem... More

Built in 1999 and remodeled in 2007, Hyatt Place Boise,Towne Square is a 4 story building and it is showing its age.....in spots. Being the ONLY Hyatt in the entire state of Idaho, it is a treat to see one, and of course, choosing to stay here has both positive and negative elements! The location is nice, easy in and... More

This Hyatt Place has great service as all Hyatts do. All the staff were friendly and seemed to actually enjoy working there. The hotel is within walking distance to Boise Towne Square Mall and many restaurants, both chain (Red Lobster, Olive Garden..) and local.

This is our long layover hotel in Boise, ID. This was my first visit to Boise and I was very happy with the hotel, its amenities and it's location. To start, the common areas and bedrooms are very nice. I had a large bedroom with adjoining living room. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel supplies a large variety... More

Great room with a TV capable of hooking up a roku or laptop for the kids. (If that is your thing) Great location, about .5 miles from town square mall and several great eateries. Starbucks on site if you are a coffee person. Only down side was breakfast, it tasted ok but at times seemed cold. They have a good... More

Rooms very well designed with seating area separate from bed area. Very comfortable- one can be sleep while others are reading. The staff was very friendly. Only negative - I prefer to have a window I can open for fresh air and this room did not have that so a little stuffy.

Stayed here twice over the past few months traveling back and forth between Washington and Colorado. After the first stay (one night) I considered it a great place to spend the night but the second stay (two nights) more or less "cured" me. I didn't mind it as a place to earn some Hyatt loyalty points though. On stay 1... More

For a chain, I really enjoyed this hotel. My room had a lovely sitting area which I really appreciated. The staff were so friendly & helpful too - & remembered you! The wifi was fast enough to FaceTime home daily, no problem. The only thing I didn't like was that their "room service" wasn't really room service - you had... More
