I'm sorry I had to write this review, but I feel obligated to warn future patrons of the poor practices exhibited by this hotel. I booked my stay at this hotel for just one night, since my flight got in fairly late the day of my arrival and my friend came from Sun Valley to pick me up. I made... more

The staff at the hotel were PHENOMENAL! My flight had been delayed and arrived failry late, after the the shuttle was not running anymore. The general manager hoped into the shuttle and came to pick me up! YES the GM did the pick up. I needed to get this point across because it is vERY rare that places step up... more

First visit, stayed 7 days while visiting family during Xmas. Found great rate thru Priceline for $50/nite. For that price the hotel and room were a very good value and I was very satisfied. Front desk staff very friendly and attentive. Upon first entering my room the desk called to ask if things were ok. Very stylish Asian-themed decor dominated... more

I got a very good rate (under $100) so I thought I would try this hotel. It looked nice on the website. I bet when it was first renovated it was nice, but seems to wearing old fast. I just did not feel comfotable on the sofa in the room. It appeared dirty as did the carpet. GREAT TV in... more

Great location, nice lobby, good front desk staff and nice continental breakfast. The maid service was awful though. Inconsistent and sloppy. And, the maids left a body odor stink that stayed for hours. Not good. Carpet filthy and hall had dishes that were left there from 3pm till the next morning at check out. Not good for the Hyatt name. more

I booked this through Hotwire. Said only 3 stars. Was I suprised!!! The window opened for air. Everything in the bathroom worked!!! The suprise was " the bed"...wow.."the wall mounted 36 inch 1080p television with HD"...."DOUBLE WOW"....the layout of the room was fantastic. And to top it off, they had a breakfast that was amazing with "real coffee "if you... more

The hotel is an all-suites hotel. Our suite had a large sitting room with wetbar, mini-fridge, comfy sectional, and large plasma TV that was viewable from either the sitting room or the beds. The front desk staff was helpful and nice. The beds were fine - lots of pillows - felt like home. The pool smelled over-chlorinated and had a... more

We booked this hotel online. Several websites claimed the hotel was pet friendly. Upon arriving around midnight, we were told that the hotel was not pet friendly and if we insisted on staying with our pets, we would be charged a $200 fine. The desk clerk was friendly and the room was beautiful, unfortunately we could not stay. The clerk... more

Like some of the other reviews stated things just didn't work too well, especially in the area of cleanliness. When I checked in and arrived in my room there was a pile (4-5) clipped toenalis on the carpet near the bed. I also ran into an earwig as I unrapped my towel. The phone system didn't work too well and... more
