Whether you're catching a flight early the next morning or staying a few days, Hyatt Place Boise is a great place to stay. If you're catching an early flight, their kitchen has bread and quick grab bagels etc. to eat on your way. At the usual breakfast time they have a very nice breakfast with a lot of goodies to... I stay here several times a year - the staff recognize me and call me by name sometimes - but I get a 'welcome back' every single time I walk through the door. Hotel is uber-clean, quiet and convenient. downside is the bar only sells beer and wine - no cocktails. And I wish they had better breakfast options -... More

The Hyatt Place was as advertised. The complimentary breakfast was above the quality I expected. The room was spacious and relatively quiet and well maintained. I didn't use the pool; however, it was easily accessible. I appreciated being able to use their computer and printer to access and print my boarding pass. The location was ideal; close to shopping and... More

Another happy camper and on Memorial Day weekend to boot, ironic. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and commented on the staff service, room cleanliness and breakfast. I will share with all so they know their efforts are not overlooked. We hope to see you again soon, thank you. More

I'm sorry to hear the concern about the lack of housekeeping to your room. I know our General Manager has heard from you too and is involved in rectifying this situation. I know sometimes rooms can be skipped if a "Do not disturb" sign is hung throughout the day; not sure if this was the case here. Thank you for... More

We stayed 3 nights, and were very impressed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was kept full and varied each day. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was near everything, shopping, restaurants, expressway, and less than 10 minutes from downtown. This is our favorite hotel ever!

The upper floors smell like smoke and the plumbing has serious issues. The toilet ran and the shower head was not fixed to the wall. Despite the staffs attempts to freshen the air in the room, the room continued to smell like smoke.

I apologize for the odor on the top floor. This floor used to be a smoking floor years ago and it is been a challenge to eliminate the odor. Hopefully when we remodel later this year, fresh carpet, painting, etc. will help freshen up a bit. I am also having our engineering department look at the shower and plumbing in... More

We rented a car in Boise to go to Arizona & Utah for a week. Parking is free and safe. Room is spacious, clean, beds very comfortable, with all necessary amenities. Good location too. Highly recommended

Thank you for letting management know you were leaving a car for several days. With such a large parking lot, there is plenty of room to share. More

The Hyatt was the perfect hotel for my trip to boise. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel had a very nice atmosphere. It felt like I was staying in a very nice place. The location isn't good unless you have a car. You are just near shopping areas.

I need to stay here just to test the beds. There have been so many reviews on how comfortable our beds are :) It does sound like you had a car, but there are several restaurants and a mall within walking distance to the hotel, making our location pretty convienent I think. More

Close to Boise town square mall. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. We were on bottom floor facing main parking lot but our room was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

I'm glad your stay was quiet and enjoyable. We have been very full lately and if you had a first floor room & it was still quiet, that's great feedback. We look forward to seeing you again. More

The ladies working at the hotel try their best with what they have... I found the lobby to be filled with groups of men at times who seemed to have brought in their own beer and we're drinking it in the lobby. I would have preferred the hotel staff to request them take their personal purchased alcohol and group to... More

The group I think you were referring to was a large Air Force group we had in house for a few weeks. I know they spent some down time in our lobby and out in front of the hotel, but I'm certain that any beverages consumed were from the hotel. Our beverage revenues were higher than usual during the time... More
