At check-in we met Thea who notified us that are"lei" we had sent to the hotel had arrived and was being refrigerated until we needed them. My son was graduating from Boise State University on May 9, 2015 so that was one less thing to worry about. She helped us find a business we were looking for since we didn't... More

The last time I visited Boise, I stayed at Hotel 43, as I tend to frequent boutique hotels. This time around, we had the grandparents and other family members in tow for Boise State Graduation so we needed a more mainstream experience. I came in with expectations of a standard Courtyard; easy parking, reasonable pricing, basic amenities, and a clean... More

Typical Courtyard up to Marriott's excellent standard. Lobby is large, and looks like many of the newer Courtyards -- colorful, plenty of seating, with a modern feel. Part of the large lobby includes a bar/food area. Like all Courtyards, they do not have a free breakfast, but they serve plenty of breakfast food/drinks at the bar area in the mornings,... More

This is a very nice hotel in a good quiet part of town. But close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The one thing we were disappointed in, was they have a picture showing a hot tub, but have removed the hot tub. We love relaxing in a hot tub at the end of the day. But other... More

Thank you for staying with us while in Boise, it appears we have an opportunity to provide better information about our amenities going forward. Our whirlpool is located indoors next to our pool and we will assure we provide this information to all our guests in the future. More

Nice small workout room, breakfast area is good - food & evening drinks were good. Walking from the hotel to restaurants is a bit of hike, but we did it. Also, easy walk to the football stadium. The hotel does NOT have an airport shuttle, but there is a free shuttle service to all local hotels, provided by the community... More

Staff was helpful. I have multiple allergies and the breakfast bar worked with me to find menu items for breakfast that would work for me. The pool and hot tub were clean and even had drinking water available. I liked that the pool opened at 6 each morning. The room was great and the bed was comfortable.

I stopped here on my drive back to California. It was very convenient. Not far from the freeway, walking to downtown (and the football stadium), and ample onsite parking. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful in answering my questions about the area. The room was well laid out and had all of the amenities I would look for.

This is your typical, average Courtyard. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Had lots of the fake, green grass in the lobby. From the outside the building does look a little tired. Room tends to be hot. No coffee in lobby for early morning travelers. Note - the hotel shuttle serves numerous hotels so take in to account another 15... More

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay and observations. We are contracted with the shuttle service to have our guests taken directly to the airport so I have shared your comment with them to insure stopping at other hotels was an isolated incident. I you will be pleased that with spring around the corner we have plans to... More

Nice room. Good exercise area. Friendly staff, welcoming and courteous. Only downside was Awkward placement of fridge in closet. Should be set up higher. Swivel tv a plus. Good price. Great location. Easy access to find. Seating area nice to have.

The hotel met my needs for a seamless business trip. The facility was clean, room was available and quiet and the wifi worked with no hiccups. The workout facility has up to date machines and even a good amount of free weights, which was kind of pointless since there is no space to use the weights.

Thank you for staying with us! We are glad you found the hotel clean and quiet, the WIFI satisfactory and the exercise equipment up to date. Your comment regarding space for weight lifting will be taken into consideration as we move forward with renovations this fall. More
