It had been a while since I was at the SpringHill Suites in Boise Parkcenter. What a nice surprise to find all new carpet, new furniture, and new beds. The room was amazing! Very clean! Extremely comfortable. This location provides a really nice breakfast. if you have a car and don't mind the short drive to downtown, this is an... More

Stayed here a couple nights for business - good location & the price was right vs other comparable hotels. Great thing about Springhill is that all the rooms are suites with a separate living & work area along with a mini-fridge & microwave. Hot & cold food items available for breakfast in large lobby area. Seems like the hotel may... More

An older hotel that has just had a makeover. Everything was clean and nice and very spacious. Without a doubt this will my preferred choice when going to Boise. The price was a great deal for a suite in Boise. Very close to downtown and shopping.

This is your standard SpringHill Suites. It is very comfortable with remodel amenities (the remodel is not quite finished, but the changes are nice). The service was excellent and although I did not need luggage assistance, there was an elderly couple that I saw on check-in were treated with due respect and assistance. A couple of matters: those that like... More

Thank you for taking time to review our hotel with Tripadvisor. I was very happy to hear that you enjoyed our new renovation and experienced our exceptional service. I was sorry to learn that our internet was not as fast as it should have been. I am working with our internet provider to find out what the reasons are and... More

I've stayed at this hotel many times on business. It has always been clean, well staffed and an overall comfortable place to stay. They are wrapping up a remodel and have done an excellent job. Nice decor and colors. I'd highly recommend this hotel. Also, close enough to the airport to be convenient but not so close as to get... More

Even while under-going a major remodel this hotel was very quiet and clean. I got assigned a room on the third floor that was recently remodeled! Very clean, spacious, and modern! The staff was very friendly and apologetic for the remodel, but let me tell you there is nothing to apologize for as the property and newly remodeled rooms were... More

The hotel was finishing up their renovations when we stayed here and I was wonderfully surprised at the lovely decor. The palette is a neutral gray with pops of bright green, which was sophisticated and soothing. The lobby and reception was nice with open area to the seating for the breakfast buffet. There is a small Market for drinks, snacks,... More

I've stayed at this hotel at least six times and it keeps getting better. Now in a major remodel, my room on the third floor was recently redone and was very comfortable and clean. The rooms are big with sofa, desk and kitchenette with sink, microwave and refrigerator. The bed is very comfortable with a mattress that is not too... More

I was in Boise less than 24 hours and needed a place to sleep and have a good rest. The room was spacious and clean. Like most Marriott's the bed was a bit hard for me. The decor and bedding were great. The room also included a small fridge, coffee maker and a sink with disposable utencils. There was plenty... More

I had no pre-warning about the massive renovations. It was smelly, noisy and very inconvenient. The shuttle was late from the airport. And my room was very dated - i guess that's the reason for the renovations...avoid it until they are 100% done!!
