5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2013 NEW

After traveling all day, coming home to a large, comfortable room at the TPS in Boise was just what I needed! Having a small kitchen in the room was convenient for me to prepare a late dinner. The breakfast area was extremely well kept and ergonomically spread out to avoid chokepoints. I think they got this place running like a... More

I stayed here for business, and found the staff extremely polite. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very well done. I needed to book an extra night due to a flight cancellation, and there were no problems. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this property Apr 5-8 2013 in a king-size bed studio on the top floor, Room 408. As you may see from other reviewers, it is certainly true that this is not a full-service Marriott property, but the pricing and proximity to the Boise State University makes it a decent enough choice for a picky traveler such as myself.... We're big time Marriott fans and have stayed at many. If you're planning on staying you should know a few things. The Positives: it's close to BSU and it's set-up for long term stays. The suites have a full kitchen (even a dishwasher), fridge, stove and microwave. The Negatives: it's close to BSU. I think there MUST be a lot... More

Stayed there 2 weeks, Its a nice hotel, love the fact that I could cook and a nice size refigerator. House keepers seemed lazy, a few days I came back to the room and found bed half made, garbage bag on counter, towels on the floor. The problem arose when I showered one day, they must of not wiped down... More

I stayed at the TownePlace Suites Boise Downtown in mid-January with my son. We both found it to be well-located, clean, and perfect for our stay. We had no issues whatsoever, and even got a late checkout (only 1:00, but all we needed). If you need high end or service-oriented, there are some good choices a mile or so down... More

I confirmed our reservation via Priceline on December 3, 2012. The room was under my fiance's name with billing in my name. We had traveled to Boise to visit my very ill grandmother who is still undergoing treatment for failed kidneys after 3 open heart surgeries, almost in a row. I had stayed at the Residence Inn in the past... More

THE BAD: We booked a two-room suite here mainly due to proximity to the Boise State University campus in order to attend a football game. Upon booking, I'd asked for a "top floor" room hoping not to have anyone above us. We checked in at 3:00 p.m. and the very polite and friendly desk staff had a room ready for... More

We stayed here while my husband was working on the Boise University campus. The staff was more than helpful and the location was great - close to campus and close to downtown where we found some great places to eat. The accommodations were very clean and great for our stay. I had some work I wanted to do, and found... More
