The cheapest hotel during our trip, but competitive with the others. Clean. No breakfast. Close to downtown. more

I had an extended stay at the Cabana Inn when I first came to Boise in Fall 2008 and it is one of the best values in town. It is conveniently located right on the west edge of downtown, close to a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, supermarkets and the Boise River greenbelt, whether one is... more

Cabana Inn is best place to stay in Bosie downtown. Nice and excellent staff. Motel is right into downtown. I love going into downtown and bars by walk in minutes. Close to Green belt (boise river). I would stay in this motel everytime I come to Boise more

I travel a lot for business and am always trying to find a good lodging deal. For being a motel that is practically located in downtown Boise, the Cabana is a great deal at roughly $45 per night. Most other hotels nearby are double the price. However, you have to be willing to accept the noise (you are close to... more

This motel gets my lowest rating. Choose it because of my preference to support local businesses instead of the chains. The bottom sheet on the bed totally came undone so that we woke up in the morning sleeping on the mattress. Hello! Get big enough sheets that stay tucked in for the night. Only 2 electric outlets in the main... more

You can walk or bike to 30 restaurants and bars, coffee shops, the movies, the Theater, BoDo Shopping District , the Linen District , public transportation, 10 city parks, the Zoo, museums, the North End, the Boise River and the Greenbelt Bike Path, the Boise foothills bike trails and finally... more

The Cabana Inn is easily one of the worst places I have ever stayed in the United States. I would not have stayed here, but the town was sold out due to a large soccer tournament. My only other lodging option was 50 miles away in Oregon. The owners are very nice, but are from a 3rd world country. They... more

True, the staff is nice, but the place is very old. My daughter described it as, "ghetto." Our room had an odd smell (meth amphetamine production site??) and the T.V. reception was poor. We complained. We were given another room that smelled heavily of smoke. My husband has chronic sinusitis and can't detect odors well, but he did here.We left... more
