Our room at The Grove was clean and air conditioned which was helpful in the Boise summer heat. Guests are given access to full gym on the 5th floor where there is a fabulous workout room with all the latest machines, lap pool, sauna, and hot tub. Valet parking for $16 a day well worth it as they kept our... More

The Grove Hotel is located in Downtown Boise within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in town. It is also next door to the Boise Centre. The room service food is very good and delivered timely. The exercise area is superb! The only issue they have is they set up a smoking area next to the unloading zone/front... More

The property was very clean, modern and well-kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the bed was ridiculously comfortable!! You also get a free glass of wine if you dine at the restaurant. Not bad for business travelers who cannot include alcohol with their business meal. Oh and the wine was very good. The server at the restaurant... More

The Grove is a nice place to stay. You can't beat the location. The convention center is right next to the hotel and great bars and restaurants are close. Trader Joes is right across the street. The Grove is great if you don't have kids to entertain. There's no pool. It costs extra to use the workout room too! There's... More

Hello Easternidahotraveler- Being centrally located downtown, adjacent to the convention center, and across from both Trader Joes and some other fantastic local eateries is my favorite benefit of our hotel. Unfortunately we missed the mark during your stay with information about our excellent full service fitness facility and pool. FREE to all of our hotel guests, you’ll find state of... More

I've stayed at this hotel three times. My daughter attends Boise State University and we have found The Grove to be very conveniently located and the rooms are very nice in appearance and clean. The first time I stayed the bar double charged my room and my friend for drinks and when I called to clear it up they had... More

Hi Sheryl W- Thanks for taking the time to tell us about the previous stays you’ve had at our hotel. There are times where our growing city is packed to the gills with visitors and all of our rooms are fully committed- especially during those crazy BSU Football weekends. We apologize that we haven’t delivered the level of service you... More

Second time staying at The Grove to race Ironman Boise 70.3 (triathlon). Prime location within walking distance of race expo, restaurants and all the fun of downtown Boise. Rooms have been fully updated since my last visit to clean, modern furnishings. Lobby and restaurant still pretty dated. Our room's AC wouldn't get cold enough, even after we asked for engineering... Hi Jaime, We love our fully-equipped gym too! We have been getting rave reviews from guests about the updated look and bright new appearance of our guestrooms since our renovation last year. We appreciate the heads up on the competition down the street and will keep one eye on the review mirror- Hope to see you again when your travels... More

I am in a wheelchair and booked their ADA room in July 2015. I have never, ever, stayed in an ADA room in any hotel(even the lower chain hotels), that did not have a higher toilet in the bathroom, except THIS hotel. Even with grab bars,it was very difficult to use. The bathroom and room was very, very small, and it was not easy... More

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of boise within walking distance to fine dining and nightlife. If you plan right you can watch a sporting event at the hotel arena! The staff is very attentive and provide you with everything you could ask for in a hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quiet... More

The location is perfect. We were going to an event at the Morrison Center; it was a close walk. The hotel is connected to Century Link, so perfect for events there, too. The rooms are older, and don't come with a microwave, but they will provide one on request. The temperature control for the room was one of the best... More

We had a great experience at the Grove Hotel. We had our children with us and booked adjoining rooms. The rooms were very clean and spacious with nice sitting areas, nice views of the mountains across the downtown cityscape, and great bedding. Very comfortable beds for sure. The rooms are modern and updated, with nice furnishings and large HDTV's. The... More
