I was on a road trip with my adult niece so it was either here or Hotel 43 which when I call them on the phone for a reservation so reeked of pretentious poseur that I decided to stay here. And I was glad that I did, comfortable spacious room, very nice comfy bed as well. Enjoyed the view from... More

This was our second visit to the Grove Hotel, and overall is was a good experience. We were disappointed to learn that the hot tub and steam room were broken and that there was no plan to repair them. We haven't decided if we would be going back or try another option in the area.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and nondescript. Nothing special stands out as exceptionally good or bad (except the internet connection, which is unacceptable by any business standard). Bring a hotspot of your own if you don't want dial-up type service. The rooms have been recently refreshed with all new beds, carpets, etc. but still have a dated feel. Nonetheless, the... More

We stayed two nights in very nice rooms on the 12th floor and had a wonderful time. The staff was helpful, never snooty or overbearing. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and offered very nice views. Even though the windows don't open, under them is a great little pull-down vent that allowed fresh air to enter. Finding it was a... We just stayed one night in a basic room to be close to downtown. The location was perfect and Ashely at the front desk was the nicest person we have ever encountered. The hotel has nice updates and great views of the city. We did not utilize the restaurant or room service but spent out time walking to local eateries... More

Even though we had a rental car, we could explore all of downtown on foot. The $10 parking fee was a bargain for the convenience. Our room, a standard queen double, was definitely above the average from the superb beds and linens to the high quality and generously sized bath amenities. All employees--front desk, spa, restaurant, housekeepers--were friendly and knowledgeable... More

Great location. Beautiful lobby. Very professional and courteous staff. Wish they had coffee option in their lobby. If the weather is bad, you have to walk to a nearby coffee shop. Only other option is to sit down in the restaurant. I am usually just too rushed for that.

One of the best all-around facilities I have ever been to. Nearly flawless in every aspect - Front Desk, Concierge, Restaurant, Valet. Superbly professional and friendly. Great communication skills, so unlike other properties. A definite 5-Star!! This facility is next to the Boise Centre, a star in downtown Boise. Walking distance to 25 excellent restaurants, State Capitol, open-air entertainment. Nice... More

The Grove is a nice hotel, but not as nice as the price would suggest. My son and I stayed here while they had a comicon type convention. It was noisy and the elevator was very busy. The room was clean and the bed ok, again not as nice as I would expect for the price. We did have desert... More

My 18 year old son and I were visiting Boise for a Niece's wedding on Friday August 8 and got into town very early on August 7 and did some sightseeing before the wedding. It was our first time ever to Boise and overall it was a very nice visit including our stay at the Grove hotel. We stayed at... More
