First of all, for those complaining that the hotel did not have things such as a microwave or coffeemaker...it is because this hotel is an upscale hotel, and if you want coffee, you go down to the lobby cafe or get room service. Expect to spend some money at this hotel, it is not a holiday inn or motel 6,... more

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of September. We have been to Boise many times but this was our first time at the Hotel 43. It is a very nice hotel with a good location in Boise. I would rate it higher that the Hampton Inn and lower than the Grove if you are considering luxury the... more

My sister and I came to Boise because our father was in St. Alfs. We have had nothing but THE BEST service, compassion, and friendliness from the staff. The room is very clean and nice, the coffee shop is wonderful, Chandlers....what can we say....great bartenders, good drinks, excellent food. The tuna tartar was "out of this world"...far exceeding any DC... more

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Boise. Our first time there, we went to see our fav band, Cowboy Junkies at the Wood River Cellars. We had a boutique king room and it was just right. Very cozy and comfy and quiet. We ate at Chandler's Steakhouse (the seafood was good). All the fun shopping and attractions are... more

The best thing about this hotel is that the King bed in the room was extremely comfortable. Another good thing is that we didn't have to mess with the airconditioner to keep it comfortable in the room. Another good thing was the room size, not too big or too small. The bathroom was just the right size also. I also... more

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel 43 in downtown Boise. From our first contact with hotel staff, we felt welcome! Our room was on the 6th floor with high ceilings and a great view of downtown. The king size bed was SO comfortable that we actually slept in -- something that we never seem to be able to do... more

This hotel was a disaster from the minute I entered the door. When checking in I was told my original rate I had booked was no longer avaliable because the hotel chose to end their contract with the vendor I booked with resulting in my rate being jacked up nearly 75%! When I argued with the front desk staff about... more
