Needed a place to stay for one night in Boise. Found them on Lonely Planet and Betty and her husband were very accommodating at very short notice. This is such a great B&B! Betty was so kind and accommodating. She took us to our room and showed us how everything worked and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was so charming, as was the atmosphere. We stayed in a beautiful room with a sun room off of the bedroom. It was great to sit in there and read. Breakfast was phenomenal! We traveled to Boise for a wedding. I opted for the inn because of the location and the reasonable rates. Our room was very nice, as were Craig and Betti. The breakfasts were great and so was the atmosphere. They have two cats; both were super friendly. The little black one stayed in our room for two nights at our invitation. The location is perfect -- a quiet, safe residential neighborhood that's a comfortable stroll into the heart of downtown Boise with its many restaurants & attractions. Situated in Boise, near to the shopping Centre and many restaurants, the Idaho Heritage B & B is a beautiful Victorian house, immaculately maintained by the owners, Graig & Betti Newborn. Spent the night at the Inn following a week in McCall, Idaho. It's lovely. Well kept and the owners are delightful. They took every measure to make sure our family ( two adults and a teenage son) were happy. Great location and easy access to walk or bike to sites nearby. Wonderful breakfast in a beautiful garden setting. Everything you would expect out of a fine B&B. We highly recommend it. more
