We visited the resort in mid-October and was a bit surprised to see that every amenity was still 100% open including the half dozen daily activates run by the rec center. Most resorts start to shut down amenities during the shoulder season but not this place. I was also a bit surprised that during our entire week we were not... More

We inherited a timeshare condo at StoneRidge Resort in Blanchard, ID. Our recent visit was 19Sep, 2014. The resort sits in a beautiful valley. We were unable to utilize our particular condo membership room and had to settle for a 1bedroom w/ sofa sleeper & small kitchen unit. It was clean, but decor was very dated, including TV (only 1),... The resort has some nice attributes, golf course and pool, in a beautiful area. The unit we had, a studio, was very small. With the sofa queen bed open there wasn't much room to move. The furnishings were dated but everything was very clean and the staff very accommodating. All but the first floor units have lots of stairs and... More

We did a lot of scenic drives, antique shopping and hiking. The resort is about 32 miles from Coeur D' Arlene, beautiful small city. There are a lot of antique stores in Coeur D' Arlene, but we found a small antique store on 41 on the way to the resort. It's located between Spirit Lake and Blanchard. We chatted with... More

Spent mid-August week at this resort. Wonderful resort with exceptional amenities: mini golf; tennis court; outstanding recreational Centre with steam room, Jacuzzi and swimming pool. We had studio with mini kitchen and we liked it. We used barbeque a few times. Drove for 15 min to Newport (Washington) Safeway; 7 min to Spirit Lake where we had wonderful fishing experience... Spent a week at Blanchard. Used it as a base for travelling the area - lots to see and do in the area. Hotel is still in top shape and our first time in a studio, but still had all we needed. Reception is great and very speedy. Geat area for walks and hikes if you do not golf. Food... More

This studio unit had all we needed even if a bit small. The small balcony was nice to watch the birds in the spruce near the building and have a beverage. The activity center was quite nice with pool, hot tub, basketball court. One nice thing is they only allow adults in the pool area after 9PM. It is an... More

We stayed here for an entire week. Yes, we lost our AT&T cell phone signal. It was nice to turn phones off and enjoy quiet. You get one wifi per room, but can buy another wifi for $5. The room was a studio: comfy queen bed, fridge, stove, microwave, all utensils, etc.....nice for a small room. Can't imagine this place... More

Spent the last week in June, 2014 at this resort. We had an studio apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Unit was spotless and had a balcony with a view of the golf course and mountains. With a kitchen, we were able to prepare many of our meals. Resort had an activity center with pool, tennis & racquetball courts,... More

I was debating between a rating of 3 and 4 due to my reasons in the title. Overall, we had a very good trip. I hated that people are allowed to smoke on their balcony and I had to smell the secondhand smoke while enjoying my balcony. (I know smoking is a choice however 81% of us do not smoke).... More
