The hotel is great with one exception--the front desk staff. They still have yet to fix the billing issue they created. It has been over a month. I call them and they just immediately transfer you to the 800 number. This is an issue the hotel has to fix but have yet to do so. I will no longer book my associates in this hotel. My guess is the hotel is just too busy to deal with guest relations. more

I've been staying in Comfort Inns around SW US all week. This one is the best one so far. Very impressive. Clean large rooms with a comfortable sofa and chair. Room had coffee, microwave, fridge, TV with reasonable channels.

Breakfast is a bit lacking as it is at all Comfort Inns. Waffles is the best choice they offer but given the nice room I'd stay here all week if I could.

The hotel is a bit off the main road. It's easy to miss if you don't know where you're going. more
