I stayed Monday-Friday and was pleasantly surprised to see some nice updates since my last visit in Aug 2004. Rooms are large, well-maintained, and bed had a good firm mattress. Large picture windows admitted too much outside noise for me (vehicles in parking lot, people walking by) but room-to-room noise was nil. Token and marginal continental breakfast.
