Savannah Beach Inn has a wonderful web site. However, the Coronel Bugby room just didn't live up to my expectations. First the taxi driver couldn't find it, then I had to drag my suitcase up a number of stairs. The inn needs some maintenance as the exterior is a little run down. Perhaps this is due to the my stay... more

When searching for a hotel to stay at near Savannah for our anniversary, I was tempted to stay in town and sign up for a vacation package tour. I am so glad I didn't do that. When my husband and I pulled up to the Inn and stepped onto that wonderful porch, I felt we'd done the right thing. We... more

It has been about a month since my husband and I were married at the beach on Tybee. The staff at the Savannah Beach Inn coordinated everything over the phone. It was a small, private wedding and my immediate family also stayed at the inn. Very laid back, low stress ordeal and most of all, they made it special. Any... more

This bed and breakfast was great. The breakfast is spectacular, lunch afterwards won't be necessary. Its a good location, a few blocks from the beach and 20 minutes from downtown Savannah. I recommend the bed and breakfast. more

From the moment I walked through the doors at Savannah Beach Inn I had one surprise after another. I had stayed previously on Jekyll and St. Simmons Islands however had no idea how lovely Tybee Island was - the beaches are a real gem but the unexpected treasure was the Savannah Beach Inn. The southern hospitality was outstanding as was... more

Can we say, "Bananas Foster" French Toast for breakfast?? Yes we can! From the greeting when we arrived to our last farewell we enjoyed our stay at the Savannah Beach Inn Bed & Breakfast. We stayed in the Martus Room which over looked the back of the house and the park behind the property. Patty, who is the chef and... more

As we plan and book our next trip to Savannah Beach Inn, we can’t stop thinking about our great time at this historic inn and it's fantastic staff. The owner and wedding planner, Ann Last was charming as well as her son Craig Markowski, who was making it all work behind the scenes with a little delightful humor and jokes... more

The Savannah Beach Inn on Tybee Island is the perfect location for relaxing in a comfortable, welcoming historic home just a block away from a beautiful beach. The extremely friendly staff will spoil you with a breakfast that rivals any restaurant in Savannah followed later by afternoon wine and munchies to ease you into the evening. The Savannah Beach Inn... more
