This was our 1st time at a B&B and we sure did pick the right one! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and every room we visited was warm and inviting. We did not eat breakfast only because we are very early risers and were out exploring the island before it was served. Lee is a wonderful host.

My husband and I stayed at the Tybee Island Inn in October 2015. It was very close to the beach yet set in a quaint neighborhood. The Inn is surrounded by the prettiest trees and flowers. Extremely relaxing appeal. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was insanely good. I love a good breakfast and love to cook... More

We stayed here one night for a wedding on the island. It seemed close to the beach although we did not make it there. The Mermaid room was close to the lobby which was good for our needs, but with more guests it maybe to noisy? The bathroom appeared newly renovated with a nice large soaking tub and cute chandlers.... More

We visited Tybee Island to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. We enjoyed the relaxation and comfort of this B&B. Lee (the inn keeper), the chef and housekeeper did an excellent job. They were very attentive to our needs. The chef even baked a birthday cake for my boyfriend. We enjoyed it so much we will return.

Everything was great except the Groupon was a bit deceiving. I went to their website to check availability then bought the Groupon. But when called the inn to make the reservation there were no "Groupon Rooms" left but there was a room that required an up charge of $50.00 per night. I should have called before buying the Groupon. It... More

I got a great groupon rate and called and was told the only room left was basement one. We were celebrating our 26th anniversary and were hoping for romantic. Well the walls are unfinished. Pipes are visible. They have a welcome fido sign on wall(we did not bring animals). The magazine left in bathroom was about a murder story. There... More

Spent two nights here with friend from England. Very quirky! The owner had thought if everything! Tea and coffee available 24 hours. Beach bags and towels provided. Insect spray and sun lotion also available. Fresh baked goods available in the afternoon. Interior design faultless. Fresh in the summer but looked cosy enough for a winter break! Beautiful garden covered with... More

I wish we could have spent a few more days. The property was so southern and charming. The owner, Lee, was very gracious and helpful, making restaurant reservations for us. Our room and bath were large and comfortable. It is a very short walk to the beach but our favorite was sitting on the front porch with a glass of... More

The Inn appears to be in a constant state of renovation. The room we stayed in needed paint and caulk. One of the exterior walls was so thin, we could see light coming through the crack in the corner, and we could smell the cigarette smoke wafting through the crack whenever the workers were out there (which was every day... This was a perfect little inn for our babymoon trip. The landscaping is gorgeous so it's a nice place to dine or just sit outside. The breakfasts were very nice too. I was impressed that they had tote bags with beach towels available as well as chairs and umbrellas guests can borrow and take to the beach. Very nice if... More
