We had a great stay all together, but on our way to check out the unthinkable happened. My dad went to hand me the RENTAL car key and it slipped out of his hand and went straight down the elevator shaft. The staff was more than helpful on assistance with getting them back!! Saved us $250.00. Cannot thank you all... More

Thanks to whatever caused the itchy skin irritation, and someone wearing no hotel identification to barge in the room with his passkey, without knocking, I will make sure to stay clear of this business.

I am sincerely sorry that someone entered your room without knocking first. I have made sure that all staff members are reminded of the proper way to enter a guest room. Please rest assured that this is not the usual way that our staff handles our customers. As far as the itchy skin problem, I have no idea what you... More

Its not the worst hotel, but its not the best either. A little out-dated. Convenient location. Pretty reasonable price for what you get.

Desk clerk was unorganized. Room was dingy. Vent hanging off the wall, chair seat torn multiple times, etc etc. Breakfast the next morning was bad.

Upon our arrival, we were told that the elevator was broken and we just so happen to be on the 4TH floor. We had reservations for 3 day, 2 nights, while attending a conference. Staff told us that problem would be fixed soon. Elevator was broke for our whole stay. Our only option was to take the stairs to room;... More

I apologize for the inconveniences and problems that you experienced. Being on the 4th floor and having to walk up and down the steps was a terrible inconvenience. It did take longer than expected to get the part in for the elevator. It is our aim to always provide a clean comfortable place to stay. It appears that we failed... More

I stayed here two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and what you would expect from a Days Inn. I liked the fact that the property was far enough from the freeway that the noise level was not disturbing, as can typically be the case from off the freeway motels.
