We stayed while traveling from Atlanta to Asheville. The hosts were really friendly, the food was wonderful, the rooms were spacious. There were snacks in the hall if we wanted them. My mother loved the Tiffany room. It's a beautiful home in a small town. We'd stay here again. more

I find it hard to write a review when the other reviews have already stated the really nice and positive things about this B&B. We found it to be exactly as eveyone had said. I just regret that our time was so limited there, I would love to have spent time on the wonderful porch! more

Elegant rooms, great attention to detail, sparkling clean! By coincidence, the local television and newspaper both featured The Simmons-Bond while I was staying there. No surprise. I’ve traveled around the world, and this is one of the most charming B&Bs I’ve found. I especially enjoyed the gracious attention of the young inn keepers, the huge, creamy-white blossoms on the magnolia... more

I am in the Toccoa area every 3 months and I always choose the Simmons Bond Inn. I am often traveling alone and coming "home" to the Inn is a very comforting feeling. The amazing breakfasts are a great start to my day. I have stayed in almost all of the different rooms and just love the over all feeling... more

Simmons Bond Inn is an excellent place to stay! Elizabeth and her dad will do anything to take care of your needs while you stay there! They have a fantastic breakfast meal in the mornings! Plus the home atmosphere is where I want to stay when I am away from home. They are always so excited and happy to see... more

As a traveling salesman, I stay at many motels. It was a pleasant discovery seeing this majestic and interesting fine old home sitting proudly on the corner. I vowed then to stay there the next time in Toccoa. That I did, and now after several stays I would feel like I was missing home were I not able to stay... more

We recently stayed at the Simmons-Bond and had a wonderful stay. We have been there before and always find it to be clean and comfortable. The innkeeper, Elizabeth, really does a great job of providing a perfect breakfast and makes you feel really welcome. If you go once, you'll go back again and again. more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I know the places to stay in Toccoa are limited, but the beds are terrible and even though they (reluctantly) moved us to another room, the bed was not much better. But we couldn't go elsewhere as they charge you up front (3 days in advance) for your room and there are... more

I have stayed many times at the Simmons Bond and have loved it each time. Elizabeth and her family make me feel like I am a family member coming home for a visit. Each of the beautifully decorated rooms are charming and very clean. Any time I needed something extra - Elizabeth provided it with a speedy response and a... more

I have stayed at the Simmons Bond many times over the last several years when in the area for business. The inn is cozy, sweet, clean and beautiful. Elizabeth and her family are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make your stay great. The breakfasts are fantastic - lots of charm and a grea value too! I... more
