My son was visiting Toccoa Falls College. Since I wasn't about to stay in the dorm, I stayed at the local B&B. Todd was a gracious host. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. I stayed in the Tiffany Room. Breakfast was a three course meal with coffee/tea and various juices. It was absolutely delicious! The B&B was also walking... More

I have stayed here twice, and I will make a point to stay here every time I am in Toccoa. Beautiful convenient location on the square. Privilege to stay in such a historic, well maintained house. Wonderful customer service. Breakfast is incredible.

The Simmons-Bond Inn is a wonderful bed & breakfast located in a historic Victorian home owned and operated by the Custatos. Each room is a different adventure. A fabulous gourmet-style breakfast is prepared by Mrs. Custato. It's worth just visiting for the food, but stay for the tour for the house's interesting history.

I have been staying at the Simmons Bond for 12 years because I have a school in the area. We recommend it to all the parents who are visiting their son at our school It is a charming Gothic Revival house that is like your home away from home. The owners offer up Southern hospitality and a breakfast that could... More

We loved this place. It was quiet clean and decorated beautifully. I will stay there again if I have the opportunity. Right off the square, you're within walking distance of shopping, eating and all that is available on the square. About 10 minutes from Toccoa Falls.

If you appreciate period architecture, exceptional breakfasts, pleasant hosts and a quiet mountain town, this is the place for you. Joy and Todd make every effort to unobtrusively care for their guests. And, if you get the chance, be certain to take the Sunday morning house tour Todd leads discussing the history of Toccoa, the history of the family that... More

Enjoyable stay at Simmons-Bond B&B. The beautiful woodwork and stained glass windows were wonderful. We stayed in the Bethany room and found it to be spacious and clean. It met all our expections. The innkeepers were friendly and we had an above expections excellent breakfast. Certainly would recommend if you are in Toccoa area. Only negative was that unless you... More

Pleasant, quaint inn. Stayed in the Colleen room which was very adequate for the solo traveler. The room had a interesting, quirky African theme. The 'secret' entrance to the small bathroom added an element of fun. The comfortable bed provided a good night's rest. Breakfast was delicious, cannot recall having a better one. The service was equally impressive. Unfortunately, the... More

Toccoa is a desperate area. Many businesses and shops are closed. Saturday at 4:00pm found very few open establishments. Not many places to eat - we had to drive 17miles for dinner. The house was pretty with lots of gumwood trim. The hosts were pleasant and welcoming. Not very large. There is a keypad for entrance. We stayed in the... More
