My husband and I had a wonderfully memorable anniversary stay at The Simmons-Bond Inn. We stayed in the Elizabeth room with King bed, private bath and fireplace. It was a beautiful home with great history and fabulous decor. The owner was very hospitable and the breakfast he prepared each morning was fabulous. He served something different each morning and the... More

Really enjoyed our stay, the people, food, atmosphere and history were great. The woodwork is an absolute marvel. The town of Toccoa has a rich past, from the great Paul Anderson, to James Brown, to military history and the museum, plan a weekend or more and stay at the Simmons.

The three course breakfasts are memorable. Todd is a skilled chef, and the coffee is beyond gourmet. You will have fruits, meats, juices, muffins, toast types, and service beyond your expectations! We enjoyed the ambiance of the house, and on our last day, enjoyed just spending the afternoon together watching football in the Elizabeth room. All rooms were comfortable, and... More

We stayed here one night on a motorcycle trip from FL to NC. Our room was spacious and very thoughtfully decorated with historic family furniture and memorabilia. There were cold drinks and snacks available right outside our room. The front porch area could have been made a little more welcoming to sit and relax on, as it was quite a... More

We are visiting Toccoa for a college visit for our daughter and this bed and breakfast was on the list of hotels. It is beautiful and has been a great experience. I would definitely stay here again. Accommodations and breakfast and hospitality are excellent!

We went in late August and stayed in The Benjamin. The inn is beautiful, clean, quiet and a great value. Each room is unique and wonderfully decorated. The breakfast was really good and filling. There's no elevator so if stairs are a problem book the Benjamin. It's on the bottom floor.

Best breakfast we ever ate! One of the best B&B experiences you'll find anywhere. Situated in the heart of Toccoa in a house filled with history. Warm reception. Very comfortable home base for enjoying Toccoa, Mt. Currahee, and North Georgia. Todd is a natural raconteur and offers a house tour after the best breakfast ever. He tells the story of... More

The rooms are all unique and very comfortable and good value for the price. The decor is historic and the story of the house and it's owners is very intriguing (hint: ask about the room's histories) Breakfast was a delightful combination of sweet and savory w/ fantastic, attentive service. I only wish we'd been able to stay more than 1... More

Me and my husband stayed at the Simmons-Bond two nights for our anniversary. The hosts were great and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The home is beautiful and has a very interesting history. It was very quiet and peaceful and the breakfast was amazing! Would love to go back!

After reading all the glowing reviews about this B & B, we decided to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary here and can tell you that all those great reviews were richly deserved. We expected a great experience and can say that it exceeded our expectations. It began with a visit to Toccoa Falls ( just 10 min away) which is... More
