I had a downstairs nonsmoking unit. The AC worked, but not the hairdryer. Cable TV reception was pretty good - lots of channels. Check-in staff was not unfriendly but not especially welcoming. It is basically the only choice in Sylvania other than the Dreamland which looked like the Bates Motel with a Hunters Welcome sign.
