Without a doubt, Kinchley Place combines southern charm with the beauty of this historic landmark and hospitality which is second to none. On a road trip through Deep South my wife and I passed Sylvania and spent one night at Bob's and Kate's Kinchley Place B&B. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed both visits. The house was built in 1895 and is currently owned and operated by the original builder's great granddaughter and her husband. KP has been up and running less than a year, but already has become THE BEST place to stay when in the Sylvania, GA Area.
