OK, this hotel is a bit old (room had a Tube TV), but it makes up for it in so many other ways. First, the room was HUGE. We had the king bed, sleeper sofa and a queen air mattress with plenty of room to spare. Second, the grounds are very nice and each room has a small porch with... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to any of your needs. The hotel is very convenient to the park so all you have to do is walk across the street since often the park can be very crowded. A very nice plus for the... More

The view from the front of the hotel is beautiful overlooking stone mountain, the room was clean, well appointed and quiet, I'm sure in summer it would be very busy. Maybe a bit dated but certainly functional. The staff were great and very helpful

We spent 2 nights at the Stone Mountain Inn in one of their larger rooms. The room was very spacious with a king bed, desk, coffee table, couch with easy chair and nice patio with 2 rocking chairs. The toilet, tub and sink were separated by a door from the sinks, counter and large closet. Because occupancy was low the... More

I booked this hotel through the Marriott 800 number. We arrived around 11 pm to a very rude and unwelcoming front desk clerk named Woody (according to the 800 number person) because I don't remember seeing a name tag. He was busy shuffling papers when we walked in, he immediately said that there were no rooms available. I gave him... More

We are extremely pleased with our visit to Stone Mountain Georgia, and one reason was the Stone Mountain Inn. It was a beautiful old building with an awesome courtyard. The room we stayed in was huge and had a awesome balcony. Our 2 year old loved running in and out of the room it kept him busy while in the... More

Our family of 5 loved this hotel. At first the kids complained about the "old fashioned" look of the hotel and lack of an indoor pool (we stayed there in December). Once we entered our huge room and the kids stood out on the balcony - their complaints turned to "this is awesome". The room was very comfortable and beautifully... More

the good: This hotel has a fantastic location in the Stone Mountain Park. You can almost touch the monument and the Park proper is literally a stone throw away. The desk employees are very accommodating, that however is not enough to compensate for all the shortcomings (see below). Extremely big rooms (with huge beds). The bad: -No restaurant service -No... Dear Minhattera, We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback from your recent stay with us. We are truly sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. At this time our restaurant does open only for breakfast daily due to business levels and apologize for any inconveninence this caused. As for the room... More

The best thing about this place is that you are right in front of the stone mountain - a fantastic view ! ! ! In terms of hotel, I think its a very good place - the rooms are HUGE ! I haven't seen larger rooms that these any where else. The staff at the hotel is nice and friendly.... More

This Inn feels more like a large bed and breakfast than a Marriott hotel. We really enjoyed our visit but you will find older but much larger rooms. slightly dated but comfortable. If you choose breakfast packages your service may be slow but the ladies work hard to get you everything you need.
