Roaches, carpet turns feet/socks black, smells, A/C inadequate to cool room, light fixtures don't work, TV makes loud squeal before it "warms up", door dead bolt did not engage door frame and was not repaired after repeated requests, bed springs poke in back, I'll stop here.
